Cheers, sounds like that's my best shot at some decent Red curry... I will avoid, I actually went past it when last in town and it just looked naff for some reason. Maybe the lack of gaudy wallpaper and pictures of the Thai royal family, which usually indicates a fairly decent Thai restaurant IMO.

There used to be a Thai place just off St. James' boulevard called Utong, maybe it's food nostalgia but I remember it was bloody good. As someone who has just come back to Newcastle, are there any decent Thai places about?
