Hmmm... Who's this Hughton chap everyone's on about?

Tell the nearest security guard you saw him leave a parcel in the restroom that appeared to be leaking a white powdery residue.

Until it gets succesful and a fat asshole comes and buys it. Set it up as an industrial and provident society as FCUM have done and that won't happen. I actually think this is the way forward - The trouble with the boycott is people like going to the match, and want to support their team. Protests will never work, too many people wont are cant stop going. Setting up FCUN gives people a positive outlet not a negative one, and avoids the charge of only hurting the team that always accompanies protests. The real clincher though is the ability to use FCUN as a verb - that would be FCUN great It'd be FCUN awesome! (This is fun!)

I know how Roy Hodgson feels. Nobody listens to me at work either.

The changes will give us the highest fees for public universities in the industrialised world it costs $25000/year in the states to go to a reputable institution. True, but that's for the private universities which can charge whatever they want. Average tuition costs at a public university in the states (I admit often not as good) are around $7,000 per year. We only have one private university in this country, the University of Buckingham. That may be the average, but it varies WIDELY, even amongst public schools. Many charge less for residents of the same state, but here are a few samples from the big schools around here: University of Illinois- http://admissions.illinois.edu/cost/tuition_freshman.html (13k- 18k per year) Indiana University- http://www.indiana.edu/~blbursar/fee_schedule.php (approx 8k for residents per year, 26k for non-residents) Purdue University- http://www.purdue.edu/futureboilermaker/co...uitionfees.html (9k residents, 26k non-residents per year) Ball State University- http://cms.bsu.edu/AdmissionsLanding/TuitionandFees.aspx (7.5 k/ year resident, 20k non-resident) Eastern Illinois University- http://www.eiu.edu/~finaid/cost.php (10k residents, 25k non) University of Evansville (private)- http://www.evansville.edu/financialaid/tuition.cfm (28k per year) Note all that's in dollars. My keyboard doesn't have the pounds symbol.

So it's 10 then?

One of you ought to get a few other actual hardcores together and pull an FCUM. Think about it- there's so much support for NUFC you'd have to at least be able to grab a few thousand supporters right off the bat, it'd be more constructive than supporting the bedsheet sign industry, it'd damn sure make it onto the news (resulting in more support), and who knows, maybe in a few years everybody on this board (at least) gets their wish of supporting a Newcastle club that isn't run by a fat asshole seemingly hellbent on destroying his own investment. Fuck another NUST, make that shit so, number 1!

Alan Pardew - Poltroon sacked by a forrin team

From http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/t...ted/9267960.stm All I needed to read to finally make sense out of this seemingly nonsensical move. See y'all later. I'm done with this club until that fat twat sells. No point in supporting if the owner won't.- 10610 replies

NUFC today looked exactly like NUFC from the 08/09 season. Out of position, horrible passing, few if any real scoring chances, porous defense, but most of all- some players just flat out looking as though they can't be arsed. Ugh. I don't get to watch them all, but that's the worst I've seen this club play since we went down.

I thought Campbell and STaylor looked even worse than Guthrie tbh, but point taken. Just goes to show how much this team relies on Barton and Nolan really. Williamson and Colo as well. Not to say everyone had a bad match, but Shola/ Lovenkrands, Guthrie, STaylor, and Campbell most decidedly do NOT equal Barton, Nolan, Williamson, and Colo. As deep as Taylor plays, I wonder if he used to play GK. Christ.

Started watching the Brighton v FCUM match at the start of the second. What a finish!

comics are excellent. there'll be a few times when youll say to yourself "i really hope they dont film that!". theres some devastating stuff happening to major characters later on. Is the TV series following the comics closely so far? Nah, not really. Thematically, sure. But there's already some rather significant differences. check ya pm's dude - dont wanna put any potential spoilers in the thread. Replied.

Don't know why you feel conned, the comic has always been more about the survivors and their relationships than anything else.

Nope. Thanks for the heads up. I tried to download it a few times, nothing happening. Working now. Got it last night. Missy Elliot + Ramones = Win.

Ah, ok! After seeing you mention motive.com several times, I tried Googling it with various other terms like "cookie delete" and "cookie problem", I ran across this on a BT messageboard- http://community.bt.com/t5/BB-in-Home/per-...tions/m-p/32750 Which sounds a little like your issue. If you read through that thread it gets pretty deep pretty quickly, but it's a moot point anyway, the guys start talking about how BT/ Motive manages the hub anyway and not much about the actual problem. I'm not a network guy, so this is all kind of over my head, tbh, but it seems as though you might have been on to something when you were talking about your hub and getting interrupted while installing it, unlikely as it may sound. It kinda seems like your router is resetting itself back to factory settings possibly because of the pause during installation and keeps wiping your privacy settings back to default. You didn't mention it, but did you try re-installing your hub already? Barring that, maybe yours was flashed with bad firmware or is just defective out of the box? my instinct, rightly or wrongly, is telling me to uninstall the hub and re-install it. Then see what happens. I hope this won't be a problem. If it's bad firmware then I will have to get back to BT ? Is uninstalling the hub and re-installing it likely to be a problem or cause a problem ? edit. this guys problem is as close to mine as is likely to find. I don't think you'd have to send it back for bad firmware, but to be honest, I'm not familiar with how y'all do it over there. I seemed to find a "BT Firmware upgrade page" earlier when I was Googling that other stuff. Try Googling your provider with "update firmware" or go to your provider's homepage and have a look around- there's probably a link or a FAQ that will walk you through it. It's totally possible though that looking for (and installing, if applicable) a firmware upgrade is one of the last steps in installing the hub, so I'd definitely give that a shot first. Good luck!

I don't really understand your problem. The thread started off with you talking about your IE "not retaining" cookies, now you're having to manually accept/ reject sites and the cookies aren't being deleted? Has the problem changed over the course of this thread? Any chance you could take a screenshot of the privacy box you're talking about or maybe explain how to pull up the box (say, "click on tools, in-private filtering, then click... etc.") so we can try to clarify what/ where you're having your issue?
