  1. Soccermom mkII I now know the secret behind soccermom btw, only reason I joined the admin team Tell... I'll keep it a secret ! Secret, man version- tell nobody. Secret, lady version- tell nobody ( except best friends, husband, sister, mother, and that woman you always bump into at the shops but can never recall her name). Not always true though, If I'm told to keep something secret then i do. And I NEVER tell hubby anything that was told to me in confidence as he blabs it out!!, hes hopeless with secrets

  8. It still surprises me that Johnny Vegas was in the Johnny Depp film, The libertine. He was excellent!
  9. Grockles....Thank you all very much (thanks Bianca x) I've had a really good day, I have been very spoilt! Then we went out for a family meal this teatime, sat overlooking the sea in Brixham, which was just perfect. MF... Where did you get to? i have been waiting all day CT. I think hubby has got used to having to buy me two pressies so close together! He actually bought me a painting I liked a couple weeks ago for my Birthday pressie, but today he bought me a dozen red roses, and another bouquet of yellow/orange flowers and some Lemon cup cakes! He is very good to me, and I think he has got me a bottle of Armani for Christmas!!! Ant. I'm loving your little dance!! Meenzer, Urgh!!!
  10. Hope yours sorts itself out too then! Pain in the arse, isn't it?! Although there's a lot worse things could happen. Have you seen a cardiologist or anything like that, or is it nowt to do with that? Jonny, hope they work out what it is and you get sorted sharpish! And cheers Matt! It is a pain in the arse But I'm better than I was. I had so many tests last year when I was ill after I had that seizure, I just dont know. My BP was a little high but that's fine now but still have the dizzy spells so its not that. My doc is doing more blood tests soon as 3 months ago my thyroid results were borderline. Maybe its that!
  11. Happy Birthday Bianca xx Good luck with the feeliing dizzy thing, I've been like that on and off since August. Like you, I don't feel dizzy to the point of falling over or the room spinning around....just sort of woozy, and only when I've been stood up for ages, it goes with rest! Really weird. Its not my ears, I've had them syringed. Its better than it was so I'm just hoping it goes on its own!
  12. You don't have to be religious to appreciate a good song! These girls are very good live too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x8QubLxJI54&ob=av2e
  13. Good to hear something positive, there are some decent folk around!
  14. I am about to clean all the carpets today then off to choose a tree in the morning, I hate the mess but love it when the tree is all done, my big dilemma is what colour lights to put on the tree! I'm not keen on coloured L.E.D lights so its either traditional fairy lights or all white or all red!
  15. I think I will make a Frittata later....probably potato, bacon bits, sweetcorn, spring onions and mushrooms...Yummy!!!!
  16. My old phone used to do that as it couldnt take a text that was longer than one at a time. I used to have to switch it off and on again and it normally comes through.
  17. I thought it'd had been known for some time that he'd jumped ship? Brundle being Brundle however played the political game and refused to say anything until the season was over (did the same when he jumped to the BBC). David Croft is apparently going to be co-commentator. Brilliant coup from Sky to get both of them. BBC are rumoured to be getting some Australian in to replace Brundle and sit alongside Coulthard. Hate to say it but I'll not be sticking with the BBC. Well done to Sky. I always wanted Crofty as Co-commentator to Martin Brundle. But I am gutted its gone to Sky at all. The Beeb do F1 so well. And now I'll have to get Sky because i cant be doing with F1 highlights Bet the rumoured aussie is Charlie Cox, he's brilliant!
  18. I also got a Tax Rebate the other day, though it was only £103 Back pay from 2005-6 tax year to now, allowance for laundering my uniforms. By the way Bianca, Congratulations!!! xxx
  19. I agree entirely...my way of thinking is that you have an minutes applause to celebrate someone who has had a 'normal' life span, but for someone who dies young, I just think a minutes silence is more fitting.
  20. Personally I prefer a minutes silence, it seems more respectful. I'm sure I have a Gary Speed compilation film on my old PC, one of Pedro's I think, I will try and get it on here. I'm still absolutely gutted, I adored him
