I think Hughton has done very well under the circumstances (bar Perch) .
If we'd have signed Barfa for £10m and Goslting for £7m then we'd be more positive.

There the least of my problems nowadays on Northumberland street. You have to run the gauntlet of beggars, pollsters, and worst of all charity workers. Ed Balls, and the others seem to be the kind of New Labour pillocks who talk management jargon and pretend to represent the lower classes by calling the Tories names, whilst simulataniously getting the vaseline out for the bankers and the other wealthy types. In other words, they're crap Tories who've been to middle management courses that offer plenty of 'strategies' and 'initiatives' but no ideas. All that Labour stands for now is a big, unweildy state that wants to know everything about everyone's business and an obsession with new schemes and initiatives in a vain attempt to look like they're doing something to improve the country. Got to admit i fucking hate Liverpool and every thing about the place the people and the football club. They dominated football in the late 70's and 80's but were boring to watch, when the back pass law came in they were fucked because they would constantly play back passes to Clemence who would pick it up for a couple of minutes and roll it out to Neal or big nose and they would pass it back to him. As for Hillsbrough definately a tragedy but perhaps time to let it lie but it is not in the DNA of scousers to let anything lie. The fucking media love them and as has been pointed out if the same carry on happened up the Barrack road then the cunts from sky would be parked outside interviewing the shoe wavers.
