I’m a supporter of xG but Isak’s goal is a good example of its weakness. Now I may be wrong but the statistical modelling only looks at where the shot was hit from? Nine times out of ten that shot is hit into a box with bodies in it which adds further difficulty. The fact that Isak wasn’t under much pressure and had the whole goal to aim at isn’t taken into account by xG afaia.

I'm sorry but there does need to be evidence. You can't deny swathes of people to live their lives freely on the basis of 'what if'. Should we ban gay men from public toilets and changing facilities in case one of them assaults me? This is a reasonably new issue in the UK but there has to be evidence from other countries that have more established self-identity rights that show whether or not your fear is founded.

The main crux of their argument seems to be that CIS women need CIS women only places are there are men pretending to be women in order to harm them. My question is how common are these attacks? How do they compare with CIS female on CIS female attacks? I haven't done much research into it but it appears to be an attempt to whip up moral panic over a non-issue.
