Just watched the extended highlights so admittedly haven’t seen the whole game. Ederson is a busted flush, the rotating goalkeeper thing has never worked. A keeper needs to know his defenders, even the subs. At least 3 of those goals are Edersons fault. They have no legs in midfield, Rodri papers over some cracks because he is so good but their central midfield is SLOW. Once it hits though they will go on a run. Sticking by my hot take.

Just back from the hospital. My brother passed away tonight, he had a brain haemorrhage 13 years ago and had been severely disabled since. He went in with a chest infection which was common for him due to his previous brain injury (he was quadriplegic so couldn’t shift infections easily). It happened remarkable quickly but luckily I made it back from Manchester in time. I haven’t processed anything yet tbh, I’m really worried about my mam though. Since my dad died 3 years ago she has devoted herself to my brothers care and I’m worried she will be at a lost end. Sure am sick of watching my loved ones die though, that’s my dad and brother I’ve looked in the eye as the life leaves them and it’s definitely changed me as a person. Not a clue why I’m even putting this on here tbh, none of your business you bunch of cunts. At least Man Utd are shite

Would rather take a chance on Dibling from Southampton personally, Semenyo isn’t as good as he looks this season it’s a purple patch like Miggys was. I don’t think Mbeumo is the kind of player we need either, and would probably cost more than we can spend at the moment.

Ruddy and Gillespie are training goalkeepers, they face shots from the outfield players in training. It reduces the wear and tear/chance of injury on your first two keepers. Most first choice keepers now aim to make 2-300 “saves” per training session with the ball, but the majority of them are with the goalkeeper coach so they can work on technique etc.
