  1. ... is a legend and Newcastle could do with a defender of his brilliance.

He's a good player. Excellent actually. Can play anywhere amongst the back four. Better than Anton Ferdinand. Actually to compare the two is an insult to Neill. Glad the Hammers didn't get relegated and Roeder is gone. Means we won't get shit like Ferdinand to the club, well we can only hope.

  2. Viduka's getting on now aint he? plus he's fat, although that seems to be the trend at SJP these days.

    If your fat your in!

Viduka's 31. Another 2-3 years at the highest level. He's not fat, David Unsworth is fat, but Viduka is not fat. He's a quality player, and Newcastle is craving for quality players.

Genoa have offered him silly money. Playing there is better for him and his wife. Doubt he'll come. If he did it would be a massive coup.

  3. Assuming for a second it's true, that would be £12m plus compensation for Allardyce, £40m for new players and a fair bit of money for Allardyce's new backroom staff - where would all the money come from?

FS always backs his managers [/leazes]

I would be amazed if that figure is anywhere near the real figure. I guess it includes the £9m for Owen though.

Think it included £25m altogether from player sales.

No chance of getting £25m for Parker, Emre, Martins and Dyer though.

    If this were true (getting rid), than why not;

    Parker 6m

    Emre 3m

    Martins 11m

    Dyer 6m

I don't want Martins to go but hey, Big Sam has his own ideas, and if it means selling these four, than 25m is not unrealistic.

  4. So the theory goes that Fat Sam is able to stand up to Fat Fred.

How so? What is his backup plan? Should the inevitable happen and Fat Sam and Fat Fred come to loggerheads over an issue in the coming seasons, what's his ultimate threat?

Arguably, if England qualify, he has no escape there. England have plenty history of putting up with shite till the bitter end. I can't see Everton, Villa or Spurs going for him. Man City will either still have Pierce or another manager they like. I can't see any foreign clubs go for him.

So at the end of the day, do you believe that Fat Sam would leave this job for the likes of Blackburn/Fulham on a point of principle?

Fat Sam knows this is the biggest gig he's going to get, so unless Fat Sam tows the line, I don't see any pushing around of the chairman from this point on. All I see if anything is more public embarrassment of NUFC with Fat Sam / Fat Fred briefing against each other in the press, with the inevitable ensuing disunity and drop in form from the players.

Fat Sam can hardly say he didn't know what Fat Fred was like if that does happen. If anything, I can see Fat Fred sacking Fat Sam if he starts blaming him for poor results.

You see a lot of things don't you?

Unfortunately it's all shit, and I couldn't care less. This will be the last post I make to you. Fuckin' dweeb, go and support the Mackems.

  5. The fact that we wanted Fat Sam straight after Robson, and now with the timing of Roeder's sacking and Fat Sam's appointment in the absence of anything resembling a search for another manager, it is now quite clear that Fat Sam is and always was Fat Freds idea of the ideal manager for this club.

After sacking Robson in his own words for failing to capitalise on 3rd with subsequant 2nd and 1st position, Fat Sam is quite obviously Fat Fred's idea of the ideal person to win the Premiership, and has nothing to do with a sensible appraisal of the need for rebuilding or stability or any other excuses that people are making to justify this appointment.

Fat Sam and Fred Out. Now.

For fucks' sake. Get over it. Why argue, when you know damn straight that Big Sam will be our manager. All your pointless vitriol means nothing to me. I'm a fucking season ticket holder and wish to be in future years. If you feel that strongly about the shit that you type, fuckin' don't get a season ticket. Simple.

I don't give a fuck if you don't renew, and I don't give a fuck if you get 10,000 fuckers off the street to sign a pointless petition saying you lot aren't happy and you want someone else.

If you and the 10,000 fuckers collectively don't renew your season tickets than there'll be another 12,000 waiting to get a season ticket. Fuckin' simple.

I want to see good football, and a successful club like you, and everybody else, but the shit that I've read from you over the last week is fuckin' rubbish. You know what to do if you don't want Sam. Fuck off and watch the games in a pub and read up on it here...

    Simple

  6. Can't help but think this is the fat prick's pathetic attempt to get back onside with us fans. He probably thinks in his feeble mind that saying something as fucking stupid as this will

a)force Owen's hand and publically state he'll be here next season

b)get onside with the fans he knows (but is oblivious to the fact it's so widespread) are against him.

I think this tactic has backfired. BIGTIME.

Gawd I wish he has a coronary tomorrow...

  7. Why don't all us so-called "experts" wait and see what kind of tactics he employs if/when he comes here.

I can't wait for him to have 100% control of what goes on instead of being the puppet of a fat prick chairman. He won't come here if he has to be a puppet.

As to the original question I'd prefer long-ball if it ensures us a top five finish. Liverpool play long-ball. They're boring, shite to watch, but there play has got them to a Champion's League final again. I think Sam can adapt anyway. I've watched games where Bolton play the full 90 minutes on the deck. With better quality players (that aren't at the club yet) he can get the team playing decent football.

When was the last time we played smashing football anyway???

    Someone remind me...
