  1. :jangles keys:

 My Newcastle postcode says otherwise.

The City of Sunderland is a metropolitan borough in the metropolitan county of Tyne and Wear, England. It contains Sunderland along with Washington, Houghton-le-Spring, and smaller settlements. The district had a population of 280,807 at the 2001 census.

NE postcodes  like they carry any weight. Wooler is 48 miles from the toon and that's NE71. By any definition people from Washington are known and accepted as mackems. Did you go to skewl or skool? Honest answer.

    Skol, are you from Washinton?

    Mackem territory, I'm afraid.

  2. I doubt it very much, I tried changing a date of a flight one, worked out cheaper to simply book a new flight, I very much doubt they'll let you change the destination, at least not without spending a small fortune in telephone calls and fees.

Bastards. The place I'm flying too (not Genk), is this like industrial town, and I don't fancy staying there for 5 days, when theres the Formica across the road from me hoose, here.

  3. Supposed to be going to Genk (In Belgium) on the 12th of July. My mate (who I'm staying with), says he's having back surgery on the 10th ( he only found out after I'd booked the flights). I'm going with my lass, and altogether, it only cost us 135 quid return, since the accommodation was free. Obviously, he's still going to be in hospital when we go over, and I've only booked time off work for the short break we were having, so can't really change the dates we fly and come back.

Was wondering, if Ryanair would let me change the desitnation of the flight, and make it a very short break, as I was budgeting on free accommodation.

Instead of going to Belgium for 6 days as planned, go to Rome, or Barcelona, for three days or something. So I would only have to put us up for two nights in a hotel.

    Cheers, lads.

  4. TRANSFER RUMOURS

Wayne Bridge and Lassana Diarra could join Newcastle target Geremi by leaving Chelsea for St James' Park - if Magpies boss Sam Allardyce gets his way. (Mail on Sunday)

    Surely worth highlighting....? <_<

Don't know what you mean !

How did you manage THAT?? :outahere:<_<

    Time machine....

    1.21 gigawatts?? :drinks:

Aye you need that to power the fluxcapacitor.

    And plutonium tbh

  5. Fair few wankers on here I see. The complete spacker ratio on this thread, and the fact that it's thirty three pages raises questions over whether some people should go to N-O, fulltime.

Coming on posting that people in this thread are wankers and spackers is hardly a great contribution either though is it?

I know, however, they might see the error of their ways and stop posting in this farce of a thread

    Freddy’s joy at Owen deal

    Jun 25 2007

    by Alan oliver, Evening Chronicle

FREDDY SHEPHERD will decide today whether to stay on as chairman of Newcastle United – fresh from securing a £10m deal with FIFA and the FA over the Michael Owen affair.

Shepherd’s battle for what he considered a just claim for compensation for Owen, after the United striker was injured playing for England in the World Cup 12 months ago, has been overtaken by events at St James’ Park and pushed into the background.

But even though he has been ill, the United chairman has continued that fight, and United are happy at the outcome.

Shepherd and his fellow directors were locked in talks with new billionaire owner Mike Ashley’s team at St James’ Park today, and not available for comment.

But a United source told me: “We have finally reached a comprise with FIFA and the FA regarding Michael Owen, and when you take into account the fact that his wages have been paid in full for two years and the compensation we have received, it’ll amount to around £10m.

    Story continues Continue story

“And let’s just say we are happy, and it has been well worth Freddy Shepherd’s fight.”

The Chronicle revealed on Saturday that Ashley had decided to make changes in the United boardroom and that he intended to bring in his own people.

We also said that “chairman Freddy Shepherd is expected to stay” and this is what Mike Ashley wants.

But directors Douglas Hall, Allison Antonopoulos, Bruce Shepherd and Timothy Revill will all part company with the club after today’s board meeting at St James’ with Ashley’s representatives.

Ashley has already told Freddy Shepherd he wants him to stay, but I understand before making a decision the man who has been chairman since December 1997 wants to hear what the new owner’s men have to say.

However, unless something unexpected comes up, I expect Shepherd to agree to continue as chairman for the immediate future.

There has been a lot of talk about Ashley bringing in a “troubleshooter” to oversee matters at St James’, but my information is that he will be an accountant or lawyer and not a football person – and that’s why Shepherd has been asked to stay on.

Although the shareholders who have sold out to Ashley will not be paid until Friday, everything is done and dusted and it is now all systems go.

United fans, who have seen Manchester City taken over with the promise of a £50m transfer kitty from Thai billionaire Thaksin Shinawtra, have got to be happy that things are starting to happen at St James’.

  7. Alex Francis?

He'd know sweet fuck all! My mate Cavener has just been released from the academy last month, and not once did he ever give me any ITK information, about from the rumours that were circulating the reserves at the time, which were the equivalent of play  ground talk.

If that is your source-

Gemmill man, I go to Van Gogh, just down from Billy Mill.

I've always had a suspicion she's not as nearly qualified as she makes out.

  9. These people who say they've got an ITK generally are just making it up to make them sound more important...

In truth nobody but Freddy, the manager and Ashley really know who were after.

    Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

    Sorry but it's true...

Well honest mate you're a fuckin cock. How can you say EVERYONE who gives a bit of ITK information is making it up. You think cos you know nobody, other people don't 4FS. Absolutely pathetic. The fact I've been given this information doesn't make me anymore or less important than you.

There are only two people I trust with ITK stuff, the first is Whatever off Skunkers and the

  12. Cuntrags. Disgusting, DISGUSTING human beings. Fucking disraceful showing, and I hope a group of big black guys, led by Derbyshire dressed as a Spartan, busts into their hotel room and rapes them all in the arse and seals them back up with gaffa tape.

    I'm THAT pissed off.

    DISRACEFUL.

Come on now, say what you really think!

But its not a shock is it, eastern european fans and players racially abusing people, it happens frequently, but uefa do fuck all to stamp it out and so it continues, they're waste of space. They'll probably blame it on Liverpool fans!

Probably the 65 games or whatever. He can't be sharpe or fresh, surely?
