Me and the girlfriend went and met Lee Evans at Waterstones yesterday near Monument. We got there at 11.40am and it was canny busy. We got our admission ticket, and we were numbered at 289 & 290 in the que, then after about an hour or so there was another 200+ behind us. It was absolutely freezing aswell, and the signing started at 1.00pm, and we didn't into the shop until 2.30pm. The line stretched from the front door at Waterstones, all the way round the backstreet near the Methodist Church, all the way down to the entrance at Fenwicks.
Anyway we got into the shop, and were taken up to the 2nd floor, and as we were coming in he was holding a womans young baby and rocking it back and forth. He seems like a brilliant bloke to be honest, We got to the front of the que, and he signed the girlfriends book 1st, and he was really apologetic about the cold. He signed her book, then shook her hand, and apologised again for the wait, and that her hands felt frozen and that he was very sorry for the wait again. Anyway i took a few photos on my phone, not brilliant quality as the minders were trying to rush us along. The photos were taking as he was signing the girlfriends book. Seems like a decent bloke, really genuine. Would go meet him again if i could.

He's not planning on starting an ebay shop just yet. Hes had a canny response from a forum he regularly posts on, and has had 8 orders off there already.
If anyone in the mean time is interested in getting one, he will send it via FedEx and will provide tracking numbers.

Nah not yet mate. He used to do them a few years back. He's planning on opening an eBay shop after Xmas. He's just done 2 prints yesterday as a gift for my cousins daughters christening. Can post a couple of pictures of the 2 black n white prints he did if you like.

I reckon with the way our season has been going that we could actually nick it. If we can defend as a unit, then i don't see why we can't nick 3 points, or 1 point at the least. I said at the start of the season, that Man Citeh were the only team i was bothered about playing. Man Utd seem to have lost their touch already this season, and Chelsea, i don't even rate them that much right now. I think we could steal a decent amount of points from these next 3 matches, and i'm looking forward to saturday.
P.S. I heard Cheik Tiote is out to hurt De Jong
, So hopefully that arsehole gets what he deserves. It certainly says something when his own national coach banned him from the international matches because of the challenge on Ben Arfa, but his own international coach deemed the challenge malicious which says something in itself. -

I am selling my Olympus E500 DSLR, it comes with a 14-45mm lense, a 40mm - 150mm lense, a camera bag, charger, infared remote, 2gb memory, and possibly a 4gb memory card. the camera also has 2 lense hoods. Also comes with a few other bits and bobs.
For the biggger lense, the lense cap has been lost during the move, but is only a couple of quid to replace. everything is in working order and good condition.

If this bunch really want to make some progress and do something that could be affective, why don't they just put together a information portfolio with photos and whatever and show the passion of the club, the fans and the pride it has present it to wealthy people like anil ambani and so on through there companies and see if it would get us anywhere.
Also have the portfolio explain exactly what we have had to put up with in the past aswell. I no it would be a shot in the dark, but surely it's better than doing a protest with those who spell words wrong on their spunky bed sheets.

I think he is spoiling for a fight. I think he is trying to get us pissed off to the point where we display scenes like when keegan was sacked so that we will stage mass protests which will gain media coverage, and he will then come out and list the club for sale in the hope that it will alert a buyer. I really think he is pushing us for that type of purpose so that our protests will gain media coverage in the hope it'll alert someone to buy the club.

When revealing who you are etc when you've won that much money is stupid in a way. Not only will you have people asking for money because they are ill etc, stuff like that, but you also have people who would kidnap anyone close to you just to get a ransom fee out of you.
