More of a battering ram than flying winger but he can often beat the average rightback and he has a venomous shot with his left and right foot. With a bit more coaching he will become a quality premiership player. Not quite there yet though. As for the rumour in the Notw, theyve either picked it up from off of here, or they genuinely have a lead from somewhere else. Iv heard nothing more on this deal since mid last week so will keep you informed. He's easily better than anything we have upfront anyway. Not saying much like. Absolute rubbish. Saw - There will be Blood last night. Wildly and stupendously overrated. 6/10 Strong central performance. Badly cut, about 30 min too long and went for too big a canvass which IMO it fell way short of.

I think he's a better player for the PL than Silva, whom I've earmarked as a possibel flop.

Yep, I agree. Presumably we've got some sort of first refusal written into the deal? Otherwise why put in the £5m figure? So that Del Boy can point at it next season when he fucks off for £6.5 million and say, "we tried". Glad we seem to have him. Looking forward to seeing him against Team America. Tbf it looks in this particular instance that the deal has been configured to minimise risk for us and get IMO a very talented player for practically peanuts. He's as talented as Silva without the 23m price tag.
