Can you just go into your bank, get them to fill one out for you and take it?;

 

or do you have to order them then go back another day to collect?

You have to order them. Should be able to order and get it on the same day if you ring up early enough though.

Depends on the bank, you can go in and get them there and then at RBS. I did it last week at the plymouth branch. I would assume its similar at most. Probably safer to ring and be sure.

You can go in and get them, they take about 10-15 mins. Unfortunately you need your passport or driving licence as id and I didn't have either with me.

you can get them from American Express offices by walking up - tho you have to have ID - and it might be worth checking with any local Bureau de CHnage

 

the problem is you have to put them in the post - I use them regularly but have had one nicked in transit and its a bugger to get your money back
