The 'insert link' function

When posting, the 'insert link' function has stopped working for me.

 

Clicking the icon brings up the box, I insert the url, click ok, then nothing.

 

An ideas?

same as for images. Best thing is just to quickly learn the right code for it.

 

ie. DESCRIPTION

Hang on. I'll try again.

 

first you type [url=

 

then you paste the link after the = (no spaces) and close the square brackets.

 

Then you type in a description of the link.

 

Then you put [/url].

Just tested it above - seems to be working fine for me but I did get the yellow 'information' bar first...

 

What browser you using? It works a treat on IE7.

Has been tested on IE6, IE& & Opera with no problems at all - seems to be a problem isolated to Firefox.

 

The links are part of the source IPB code. Normally I'd suggest we'd raise it with them but we have an upgrade imminent so I'd prefer to see if that will resolve the issue.

I'm a firefox user so that must be the prob. It's no big deal.
