Joe Kinnear's men are currently 15th in the Premier League table, a point above the drop zone and without a win in six outings. Taylor, though, is confident the squad has the quality to preserve their top-flight status. He said in the Daily Express: "We are not even thinking of the word 'relegation' and it won't happen. "We have to accept we are in a battle to avoid it, but this is a battle we will win. "We have some world-class players and although it will be a battle, we have the fighting qualities to stay up. "Then, we have to regroup next year. That's the aim; to get this season out of the way and ensure we are playing in the top flight next season."
