Probably depend on what the dogs been eating but i wouldn't put anything past a Longtail.

Thought i had one in the back yard the other day, still not quite sure but if it is a rat it must be the size of Roland because it carried a full Chicken Carcass away the other day.

Quick solution to Longtails is a ferret or polecat, they = death to the vermin population.

I thought Wacky froze his dogs turds and then threw them over the wall?

I'm sure there was a thread about that? :(

That seemed like a good idea at the time but when i eventually picked them up they left a brown residue on the floor which i had to use a high pressure hose to get off.

Haven't got a ferret unfortunately, even some of their droppings sprinkled around would do the job.

I can put a jar of my piss in the post to you if thats any good, sticking it in the microwave before distributing around your garden would probably make it a lot more pungent and the rats might mistake it for Ferrets, especially if I've been on the snakey the night before.
