rikko 20 Posted October 2, 2006 Share Posted October 2, 2006 They won't give a new handset to you unless you've spent well, well over your contract each month. If you have they will give you a new one. Otherwise you have to wait until 1-2 months before the 12/18 months then you can get a new handset for free.
