Same RE the data pack, but started a Chilean master league for a laugh and it's actually really fun! Been having a few world cups and things too. The passing is a joy this year!Bought PES this year. But will end up with Fifa when next gen comes out. Apart from Ant how is everyone else feeling towards it?
Loving pes so far.
just waiting for a good data pack for the 360 and I'll get my master league on.

Good to hear. Was gonna apply to be in the audience but can't be arsed with that massive circlejerk
-
Wasnt thinking of getting this because I'm happy with PES, but a mate told me that if you buy from game and want to trade it in for the PS4 version you can get the PS4 game cheap, not seen anything online about this though and don't wanna look like a wanker when it comes out.

The Ultimate Edition is going for like 50odd quid it's ridiculous

So yeah, Catholic.Parky will tell you the pope isn't catholic, he's a front man for the illuminati keeping hundreds of millions satisfied with abject poverty.
-
Does it link to any other articles about the Pope being Catholic?

It's like what, 2 sentences? Which isn't odd, my twitch is off the radar.

People coming out to support any potential gay footballers, racism being singled out and reprimanded, minute instances of hooliganism, all of which end with heavily fined/arrested teams and fans. Automatic relegation to he conference meaning owners can't keep their buddies in the league no matter how badly they play and the possibility for literally anyone in the pyramid to eventually make it to the Premiership, also leading to teams like Yeovil doing the unthinkable, even if teams like Stockport conversely end up so hurt from it. A real World Cup with more national teams than the UN (plus Israel AND Palestine), women's places finally seen as on the field, the Ivory Coast national team helping end their civil war, making poor people rich, many of whom are horrible bastards, but many of whom being working class lads who have no other opportunities, a greater amount of money spent on wages, meaning these working class lads profit from the game and the rich owners can't just sit their reaping the profits (unless they're a certain bastard from Hertfordshire), refugee football, blind football and it still has a certain magic to it, unless you become a bitter cunt about football in general because of one dickhead owner.
So, yes.

Yeah it's fucking wank anyway. Don't see what people see in it. Woke up today with my eye barely able to open so that's awesome.Aye, and holding hands with girls is for poofs anyway.

Was Self on Question Time? It was filmed at my Uni and he's my lecturer for psychogeography in term 2 (fuck knows what it is or why I'm allowed to do it, just sounds easy enough like and he's decent craic).

A few months ago I developed a twitch. Not a particularly obvious one, just more blinking a lot with my right eye, people have barely noticed though oddly (trust me, the mates I've asked are the sort that'd happily rip me for something like that, and still do even though they can't tell personally). Anyway I wasn't too fussed but my eye has now become really sore. I'm sort of obsessive (I've got it into my mind now I have to press pause then play three times when listening to my iPod and if I get touched on one arm have to make it symmetrical by giving my other side a similar feeling, having things like volume and alarms on non rounded numbers, have never been able to hold hands with previous girlfriends due to a weird need to scratch my wrist when it happens and heaps of things like that really) and it feels like I've not blinked enough with my right eye so I instinctively can't stop it. Take aside my bizarreness (not diagnosed with anything as I've never wanted to go in presuming and possibly waste a doctors time) does anyone have any advice on getting rid of twitches and the like? Also any idea on whether my obsessions are anything other than me being a weird cunt?

I don't understand Ashley not trying to win a cup. I know he gives zero shits what people think of him but the political capital he'd have with a bit of silverware would be sky high. 'Why do I need to change, I gave em what they want and they're still complaining'

Hello all! I return from last year after a very successful interaction last time. Hopefully no-one has beaten me on here and not started the same type of thread and I can ask you some questions about yourselves, Everton and the upcoming game for an article for our forum theevertonforum.co.uk and our news-site MyEvertonNews.com
So...
5 games in and your results have been topsy-turvy. Have the performances matched the results for your wins, draws and losses, or have you been lucky or unlucky so far?
In general it's been about fair, however with some games such as Fulham it's merely taken a bit of Ben Arfa magic to take home the points.
Who has been your key performers so far?
Ben Arfa has been class, the way he's playing he could play for any Premier League team. Remy has impressed when played the past few games too.
What are your expectations for the season?
12thish, I think if our first team stays for we're good enough to not have to worry about relegation, it's just depth which is the problem.
With that in mind, is Alan Pardew good enough to fulfill these hopes?
Pardews working with what he's been given, the board have been afraid to spend big and he's shown he can do a good job, such as te 5th season. However there were many times last season where he showed tactical ineptitude and he can make some utterly brain dead decisions. Still, he's the best we can get with this board. And since Ashley is happy as long as he meets his expectations (17th or higher) every season, our opinions don't matter.
Who will be the big threat to Everton next Monday?
If Remy starts he'll cause some real problems, I think he's perfectly matched against your defence.
On to Everton...
Have you seen much of our season? How do you think we have done so far?
Bits and pieces. I saw the Chelsea game and didn't think you played too great, yet you won 1-0 and defended brilliantly. Can't complain with an undefeated team so I'm sure you're all happy about these first few months.
What do you make of Roberto Martinez as a manager? Do you think he will do well at Everton?
I'm not actually a big fan of his and am undecided on how he will do there. On the one hand he plays good football and has started well, but £18 million on two Wigan players seems frankly bizarre.
If you could take one player from Everton, who would it be and why?
Barkley, great talent you have there.
Which Everton player do you think will trouble you most?
I'm currently just praying there's no free kicks on the edge of the area for a certain left back...
Who is Everton's worst player or weak link, in your opinion?
Talking starting 11, Jelavic.
Where do you think us Toffees will finish this season?
7/8. Top of the rest of us.
Finally...
Predictions?
1-1.
Thanks

If the last episode doesn't end with Todd's cumface after slamming it into Lydia I want my 2 years of Netflix subscription back.

Sorry to bring up something from a few days ago, but Messi has more goals, more assists and more Ballon D'Ors than Ronaldo. It's a stupid comparison.
-
Just bought PES 2014. Loving it already

Plus the ambiguity that most 'civilian' people work in some sort of uniform anyway. That advert annoys me so much! "If you work in uniform, or even if you don't.." So it's basically a dating website that may or may not have nurses, firefighters, police officers etc.. signed up

Feels quicker and I like the look. Not made a massive difference but stills nice to see progress.

Moneyball-moneyballing moneyball.
8 Men Out-1919 World Series and the Black Sox Scandal of losing games for money.
La Roja-History of Spanish football.
Jackie Milburn A Man of Two Halfs-Awesome book by Jackies son.
Ajax, the Dutch, the War- history of Dutch football and Ajax in particular from pre, during and post 2nd world war. Some amazing accounts.
Calcio, a history of Italian football-good book about a footballing nation I loathe. Still an enjoyable read, probably be better for someone more interested in Italian football.
Bradmans War- great book about the 1948 invincibles.

Aye weirdly all the synthetic 'pace' boots seem to last longer IMO. These for 50 quid (down from 135!) should last me a while tbh.

Great performance by both Sevilla and Villareal. Shows the quality of the league tbh.
