Fuck their keeper is so big he covers their whole goal
-
Thank fuck for that sub.
-
Oh fuckin glad, Taylor isnt the best, but so much better than Willo.
-
Oh dear
its not allowed to say BPL around here?
-
Oh no, Willo is desperate to come on and lose us the game. What a fuckin mackem!
-
Thanks Pardew, for making the biggest rival derby in BPL and the most anticipated game of the year for the fans, the worst amateur fuckin shit game on the whole scene of football.
-
NUFC: Alnwick; Janmaat, Coloccini ©, S.Taylor, Dummett; Sissoko, Colback, Tiote; Gouffran, Perez, Ameobi
subs: Woodman, Haidara, Williamson, Cabella, Armstrong, Riviere, Cisse
SAFC: Pantilimon, Vergini, Reveillere, O’Shea ©, Brown, Cattermole, Larsson, Gomez, Johnson, Wickham, Fletcher
subs: Bridcutt, Rodwell, Altidore, Alvarez, Coates, Buckley, Mannone
only positive: Willo is out of the equation
But where the fuck is Anita? This fuckin Pardew is fuckin ruining players
-
Lets play Perez at CB and Alnwick on the wing then, they'll never see it coming.
hah... yeah, because those two things you just said there really correlates with moving our most physically gifted and dangerous player one step up on the tactics board, from AMC to a deep forward role.
-
Playing Sissoko out of position is a Pardew tactic
Tbh I'd first and foremost like to see Siem De Jong in that kind of deep forward position, but the next best thing is in my opinion Sissoko, because for the role you need strength aswell as vision, picking a good pass and ability to score goals. I want to see a dynamic striker who battles for goals aswell as setting up others, not someone like Cisse who's missing the whole game until he gets the perfect ready-made goal. Or Riviere who just goes missing. Perez on top alone is really a no-go, as he literally has no physique, and he is a more of a behind the striker or coming in from wide type of guy.
-
We beat Man City and Chelsea with similar Mong boy
Yeah, occasionally we win, but for the main part that tactic's given us some horrific hidings and lots of lots of injuries.
Its very found out too, other teams seems to have several formations adapted into their squad so they aren't so god damn predictable, and also a lot more energy saving, we are ALWAYS predictable and just win when we give every fuckin thing that we got (usually ends up in injuries, bad morale, burned out players, blah blah blah)
-
Out of position I reckon is if you play a player who has very little to offer in terms of ability for the role given.
-
Playing Sissoko out of position is a Pardew tactic
It's not out of position if you can play to Sissoko's strengths and use the best of what he has to offer in another role.
-
Sissoko striker
why is that so funny? there are many types of striker roles in modern football.
If you cannot be creative with what you got in the squad, and think new when your old bullshit has gone long past its expiry date (Pardew tactis), you really aren't suited for being manager.
-
So no Colback, no top scorer, and 3 centre halves to deal with Altidore
Colback didnt really help us in the two last games so time for Anita.
Nope, no top scorer, but Cisse is usually awful, I'd like to see Sissoko working as somekind of deep power forward helping out Perez and Cabella gettin the goals in.
The 3 centre halves is to deal with Alnwick really, more people to block the shots the better.
-
I'd probably play
--------------Alnwick--------------
Janmaat Colo Taylor Dummet
----------Tiote Colback----------
--------------Sissoko--------------
Sammy---- Cisse --------Perez
how effective, playing as we always do....
-
Bullshit tactics all of these.
I play three at the back to protect Alnwick properly, and Sissoko up top as a holding striker to get some fuckin power up there. Cabella and Perez running in from wide.
------------Alnwick
-----Taylor-Colo-Dummet
Janmaat---------------Haidara
----------Tiote-Anita------------
----Perez------------Cabella
-------------Sissoko------------
-
not much better is he :/
-
I'm worried about tomorrow. Alnwick couldn't catch a cold
Without having ever watched Woodman, I'd still prefer him.
-
I thought we might have registered Darlow due to a lack of "homegrown" players in the squad, is this still a thing? Anyway I checked and it seems we already had enough.
Jack Colback's middle name is Raymond, apparently.
There surely isn't a lack of homegrown players in our squad, we've got more than 10 and the minimum is 8. If you lack homegrown you just leave the space open anyway.

Ben Arfa total minutes in PL an EL for NUFC: 4648
Goals: 13
Assists: 11
Minutes per goal: ~357 (~4 games per goal)
Minutes per assist: ~422 (~4.7 games per assist)
Minutes per goal/assist: ~193 (~2.15 games per assist/goal)
Yoan Gouffran total minutes in PL for NUFC: 4740
Goals: 9
Assists: 4
Minutes per goal: ~527 (~5.85 games per goal)
Minutes per assist: ~1185 (~13.16 games per assist)
Minutes per goal/assist: ~364 (~4 games per goal/assist)
(Just stealing these from n-o, reference goes to Smal - ta, Smal)
It lacks the stats for amount of games won, if Pardew is right we should lose way more games having Ben Arfa in the team than Gouffran, because Gouffran does more backward runs and "helps" out defence.
-
oh, and that dutch third keeper, John Karelse.
-
Brian Pinas, Bjarni Gudjohnson and the legend Silvio Maric.
-
The ironic thing is that Gouffran is selected because of his defensive capabities, lol, why not use Anita there instead.
