was reading that bbc article about scenarios where there’d be a premier league play off for the title .. and seen the only time they made contingency plans was between us and man u that year.. oh what if give for those days back

they are fucked. they’ll have no cash to get out of league one, if they don’t get out via the playoffs this year .. crunch time for them imo. Either get out via playoffs and try stay up next season or I reckon they’ll fall back to a mid table league one team for a couple of years

it’s not like Rafa is making ridiculous demands. He just wants to compete with and try to beat those teams above like Watford, Leicester, Wolves.. All it takes is a few quality signings and paying the wages that those type of players need. It’s not like we are Bournemouth with an 11,000 capacity ground. According to articles online we were 19th richest club in the world recently. Maybe hard to believe but come on man.. just give Rafa the backing he needs and he’d stay..

the only team that could realistically match rafas ambition, that don’t have a settled manager, and could possibly attack the top 6 is Everton. It would be pretty strange if he went there. So if he leaves us, it will be abroad imo.
