  1. He did but then he got a decision previously he shouldn't have in a similar manner, might have been one of the marquez fights can't remember, swings and roundabouts.

think mayweather will win this comfortably enough, much better defensively.

It was the third Marquez fight, although JMM always had his number.

  2. I see Pacquaio v Mayweather is happening

They can hype it all they want but it's 3 years too late. The hype disappeared when Pacquaio lost back to back fights in 2012 for me

He clearly beat Bradley to be fair.

  3. I went to Kraków last weekend for my stag do.

Main Square in Old Town was such a beautiful place; great food and cheap beer! Thinking of taking the family back next year to make more of what it has to offer.

  4. When I bought my house I was a first time buyer, mortgage company happy to lend to me and a decent deposit in place, the house I was buying was empty so no onward chain yet it still took the solicitors six months from first approaching them to getting the keys.

I had two months notice from the place I was renting and thought iI would be fine and it would all be sorted by then, then it was everything to go in storage and back in with the rents for 3 weeks which turned out to be 3 months!

They even randomly told my mortgage company I was planning on buying to let which delayed everything for weeks.

  5. here lies the big problem, and where the leadership has to come from obama and netanyahu. unlikely as obama has doesn't want his fingers burned in the middle east, because of what happened to his predecessors. the less said about netanyahu and the likud party, the better. a two state solution will never happen as long as he's in power.

it won't happen as long as hamas is in power either though. their main mission is to wipe israel off the map. how do you negotiate with that?

Al Jazeera: "Meshaal said Hamas wants the 'aggression to stop tomorrow, today, or even this minute. But [israel must] lift the blockade with guarantees and not as a promise for future negotiations'. He added 'we will not shut the door in the face of any humanitarian ceasefire backed by a real aid programme'." Jerusalem Post: "One day after an Egyptian-brokered cease-fire accepted by Israel, but rejected by Hamas, fell through, the terrorist organization proposed a 10-year end to hostilities in return for its conditions being met by Israel, Channel 2 reported Wednesday.. Hamas's conditions were the release of re-arrested Palestinian prisoners who were let go in the Schalit deal, the opening of Gaza-Israel border crossings in order to allow citizens and goods to pass through, and international supervision of the Gazan seaport in place of the current Israeli blockade." BBC: "Israel's security cabinet has rejected a week-long Gaza ceasefire proposal put forward by US Secretary of State John Kerry 'as it stands'."

  6. Im not going to look for a 'balanced view' just for the heck of it and when there really isnt one. Its genocide. Ethnic cleansing. Call it what you will.

It's really easy to spot someone who goes out of their way to take a de-facto position in support for a belligerent in a conflict, when they talk about a fundamentally one sided conflict in terms of "they are both as bad as each with murder on both sides other just one has bigger guns".

Imagine people talking about the Warsaw ghetto in terms of "Look how sick Judaism is, look at the texts, they are as bad as each other but the equally racist nazis have bigger guns"

    Shocking.

  7. Shocking news this, condolences to his family and partner.

When you think about the community that has built up with Newcastle supporters online he is someone that has always been there since as far back as I can remember. There was never anything malicious about him or said in spite and it made him one of the most endearing personalities on both here and Newcastle-Online.

A definite glass half full type of guy who will be missed for sure.

    RIP Jon.

  8. I've suggested Ferguson at LB and Santon at RB before so I'm glad its being given a chance, I hope Pardew gives it a run rather than scrapping it if it doesn't work out todays its not the easiest opponents to trial something with.

They should offer us more natural width allowing the attacking players to cut in more.

  9. The fucker about all of this is that if he does leave, we cant replace him with the same quality for the same money we'd get in.

Stupid thing to say given we got him on a free I know ;)

If Pardew thinks 4-3-3 is our best formation then he can buy a player that may he inferior to Ba as an individual but makes us a better team.

The worry is he sells him in January and decides to wait until next summer to replace him so he can see how the situation with Carroll plays out at West Ham.

  10. Rumours were of his agent offering him about in the summer so no reason to not think the same will happen again in January.

With his buy out clause and not being flexible about his position he's becoming more hassle than he's worth and by Pardew coming out with this I think he feels the same.

He's going to have to keep his form up or he won't get anyone to meet the clause if the summer is anything to go by.
