Think 4-4-2 and 4-3-3 might be the most popular formations. Having had to buy a couple of 442 cards and sold one I got in a pack they all fetched about 4,000.

Angry Steve23/06/11 - Dan Gosling will not play more than 90 mins (total) of competitive football for the first team before Halloween.
He played 144 minutes. 70x2 in the Carling Cup and 4 minutes in the Prem (and 1 other minute in the League on October 31st itself).

Pardew clearly tells the players if they play well their kept in the team.
He should make the opposite apply too.

Ideally of course he's a classic number 10. But he's also played on the wing at all his other clubs and the national team.
For Pardew to stick to his guns this much even when it would probably help the team to play him on the wing is so frustrating. The time is now for Ben Arfa. He's worked hard to get fit again and that we're still saying he needs time to get match fit is crazy. He should be out there given a chance to rip it up every game.
If he doesn't start the next game we could hear the first cracks of the camel's back.

Not having him in from the start was wrong, I thought, but at least made some sense.
For him to have never come on especially either at half time or as soon as we made it 3-2 was just insane.

Well I've barely played UT the last couple of weeks. Bought IF Ba for 70k and it all came from doing that
Basically yeah, I've come to tweak it a little. Search for 250-300 max silver players (even push it to 350 after a while once you know who will sell).
It's a sliding scale of factors: broadly it's anyone above 71ish, shiny and decent nationality. After that you can make allowances for good formation, good stats (pace especially of course), well known etc...
When you sell them put them up for 1 day and use the buy now feature (this works really well I've found). Say you bought a guy for 300, put him for starting price: 450-550; buy now: anything between 450 and 700+ again depending on how many things he has going in his favour. They all go eventually.

Last year Red Dead was such an easy choice. This time round LA Noire... not so much. I enjoyed it a lot at the time but it could have been something more.
I don't really sway too far from my usual FIFA, CoD, NBA2k... So LA Noire still probably wins but by default
Very much looking forward to Max Payne 3 next year!
