  1. yeah thats right i remember reading it..good luck to him
  2. He'd be one of the first names I'd target, which means we'll go through next season with Ryan Taylor at RB again. I don't see owt wrong with keeping Simpson on as a back-up. There's no way Ashley will finance the whole new team that we need so we may as well grasp some squad depth while we can. why get him back he left us!
  3. i agree but will fatty pay the money? we have the players to win this league and do well in the prem we have better players than Wigan,Fulham,Birmingham,West ham,Hull,Pompey etc we have just got to get them playing to there best and i think we will do...........look to the future I don't agree. I think if we want to just stay up he will have to replace getting on for half the team he has sold, names mentioned earlier. Plus a quality striker. we have better strikers than the teams i just listed name the players that are better than our strikers..zamora and cole Do we fuck.

  6. very average...who do you want? we are Newcastle united not Real Madrid and we are in the championship the second tier of english football.Everyone who plays for us is very average according to this site! At the moment we are a very average team in a very average league. you have a very average outlook and average ambition no i live in the real world... to sign Danny Simpson from Manchester united is a very good step for a championship club or should we signed Glenn Johnson for £18million? it would have helped if we had not sold Bassong and Beye for 10m, Milner for 12m, Given for 5m [whatever it was], N'Zogbia for 8m [whatever it was]. We would not have been relegated and we may have attracted better class of international footballer to the club as a result, as befits a club of our size and support and potential. It isn't so long ago we actually WERE run like this. if players want to go they go! unfortunately we are now in the championship not the championship league anymore.Danny Simpson is a great signing for the club as it is at the current time. IF we was in the premier league i would have a different opion.Who else do we have a right back at the moment? Players want to play for progressive clubs, they dont' want to leave ambitious clubs the size of ours, very few wanted to leave during the years when we showed ambition, we even signed the worlds number 1 striker for a world record fee and his partner gave up the number 9 shirt for him, another top international footballer. That isn't average, its the people that run the club who set the club up like this. Unfortunately we are currently set up like an average club, but it ought not to be the case. The current owner has set up the club in such a way that you are lowering your sights. I suggest to you that the current position of this team, and the standard of footballers we have signed lately, is actually the limit of the current owners ambition ? great point but we cant sign players because years ago we signed SHEARER for a record fee.We are a massive club bigger than Tottenham, villa,Everton ETC but what the players do on the pitch and what happens up stairs is completly different I know its a great point. I always make great points. The POINT is that we should never have settled for average in the first place and you should not be proclaiming average players as great signings when we still have the 3rd biggest crowd in the country to tap the potential of. yeah and im there most weeks and cant wait to get to plymouth saturday but attendances dont win you silver wear

  16. me and a few mates traveled to the Frankfurt game in the UEFA cup.We got there a few days before the game and had right good piss up we never knew Frankfurt had a 23hour drinking law so we were drinking for probably 22hours and 59seconds each day.On the day of the game we staggered around the streets of Franfurt waiting to watch the mighty Toon kick some German arse! we were drinking bottles of Jagermeister in the streets waiting for our tram, yes tram to arrive to get us to the stadium. The tram arrived and was nearly empty it had a few middle aged germans on that all had facial hair even the women. Within 4 seconds the tram was full of excited and very very drunk newcastle fans the faces of the innocent germans was worth the trip alone.the journey on tram begun stoping just a few times to pick more drunk toon fans up.As we got closer to the ground the excitment grew stronger and the singing became louder we all started to jump and dance about. Then there was this ear splitting alarm going off if was to tell us that the tram was inch's away from tipping over this for some strange reason was hilliarious and everyone thought it would be a good idea to see how far it could tip without going over.Luckly we arrived at our stop before it tipped over.We got the ground and i discovered my ticket was different to everyone else's i was sitting in the neutral's end four blocks away from my mates in the away end where abouts they were sitting in the away end i had no idea so i had to make a plan to get in there.I waited just before kick off when everyone was standind up and clapping i got out of my seat and walked along the gangway then just ran and jumped into the away end as i was in mid flight some big german twat grabbed me but as he grabbed me i turned around and punch the fat prat in the face. There was then a little brawl and i just sneaked of into the crowd.Ten minutes into the game there was a tap on my shoulder i shit myself but then i turned round to see my mates pissed as farts laughing at me.The game was boring as fuck
  17. he was playing with a cracked bone in his foot.He is the best passer of the ball and overall midfielder we have at the club.I think he gets it hard if you ask me.when he steps out of line the how world knows about it.Look what happened to Steven Gerrard when he had a fight!
