snakehips 0
Apologies if this has already been brought up, but have you seen what is happening at Man U? Apparently all season ticket holders get automatically billed for all cup games whether they want the tickets, or not Crikey!!

Standard MO for the Glazers, did a similar thing with screwing fans with ticket prices shortly after they bought the Bucs. (Bucs fans deserve all they get mind) Got a mate in Tampa and predicted there'd be some ticket fun and games
Great Toon 0
some guy on the radio the other day said he will not be able to afford it and will have to give up his season ticket. I think you should always have the choice, cup games are always a good way to introduce kids to the match.

Can't see it happening at NUFC. Season ticket sales would just plummet if they tried it here.

Craig 6682
Looking at it from another angle, they had one bozo ring up who said he's been to every game, home and away for the past 30 years and has said he's not renewing out of principle. When they asked him if he would have continued to go to every game he replied "of course, why wouldn't I?" All joking aside, it's not right.... ewerk 30295
They'll still sell all their season tickets even if some people don't renew out of principle. The same way that a few thousand fans leaving to support FCUM or whatever they're called had no effect. It's all business and sad to see.
ewerk 30295
Though saying that, Man U were one of the first clubs to really exploit the commercial side of football and that's what's helped them be so successful, so what goes around...
Great Toon 0
They should be given the choice to sell tickets on for face value to someone else.
