Jill 0 Posted January 26, 2011 Author Share Posted January 26, 2011 I've just passed the Wine & Spirit Education Trust Level 2 Intermediate Certificate in Wines & Spirits. Question: do I now do the Advanced Certificate, or is that really dorky? I never did do it, but now an opportunity has come up to do the course locally rather than distance learning & an exam in London.
