Your probably clicking on "insert image right" on the left hand side of the screen, under the emotions, or something like that. I used to have the same problem. Scary though when he said 'I can remotely log into your computer to check what is wrong' ..... As I frantically closed down TT, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter and all other non-work related pages.
