It is not yet clear what caused the blasts and police are not confirming the location of the explosions, which occurred during evening rush hour. Police told the BBC more than 20 people were wounded in one blast. Some reports say at least one of the blasts took place near a train station. There have been a number of bomb attacks in Mumbai in recent years.
