Iirc the cases he’s bringing against these states won’t go to the Federal Supreme Court but those states Supreme Court. The most that would happen from that is perhaps a recount, as it’s complete fucking nonsense that there’s any fraud occurring, other than his teams trying to block people’s right to vote of course. Even the Republican ex-Governor I saw being interviewed on this said a recount may swing the votes a few hundred the other way but they’re pretty fucking precise. Not sure what the end goal of prolonging this is as the votes will have to be counted eventually, but I am of the belief these psychopaths do actually believe their own patter that they’re being fraudulently cheated out of this.
