It's incredibly crass from Curry who is proving herself to be an absolutely vile human being. The sense of guilt you have when you lose someone close to you and you are not there for them is fucking devastating. It eats away at you as you wonder how they felt, if they knew why you weren't there at the end, that they died alone. For God's sake, if for nothing else, Johnson has to go for the healing to even begin. And I'll send him my counselling bill while I'm at it.6 points

If they stay up the media chorus will be that he did a fantastic job saving them after the disaster that was Rafa. Now he's got a pre- season watch Everton fly! Their main source of money has been sanctioned, they are fucked by FPP, they are not paying off another manager before the start of the season5 points

I’m fucking raging about this. Everyone will have their own story. One of our group from Uni died of a massive heart attack at the start of lockdown. It happened in front of his wife and 7 year old twins. None of us were allowed to attend his funeral to support them. We abided by the rules that they put in place and then chose to disregard themselves. the refusal to resign, whilst accepting what they did was wrong is just further insult. Utterly shameful.5 points

I don't think Everton hound managers out as you seldom hear any pundits or presenters mention it?4 points

I also remember the first person who interacted with me on here. Actually I don't. Sorry, that person.4 points

I feel like most people jokingly hold Gloom up as TT's representative of the BBC/MSM, but that Renton genuinely holds him responsible for their actions.4 points

In the BBC's defence we don't know what was cut. He could have went on a five minute rant about Brexit that was cut for time. They may have simply cut out the word 'Brexit' in which case it's a different story. But simply put the only thing we really know is that Gloom is a Tory shill.4 points

Yeah, like when they prefix their sentences with "I think the people want us to get on with the job of blah blah", or "I don't think people care about blah blah"...... You don't speak for me or millions of others, you absolute cunts.4 points

Before he got a proper role in government, that prick was prepared to go on TV and absolutely debase himself, telling whatever the lie of the day was and defending the indefensible. When you now realise that he was absolutely fucking loaded, it brings into focus just how much of a power hungry little prick he is. It was all about showing his loyalty so he could make his way to the top job. What a greasy little cunt.4 points

Tbf I think they're consistent on this with their own managers too. It would explain why they hound them out when they're in third and safely set for promotion - made up stats and general nonsense which they goad each other into believing. So I don't think this time it's necessarily that they're plainly and openly biased.. I think they're just fucking morons.4 points

At least he's not two stone heavier, sitting on sky with a suit and tie twenty seconds away from tears when Man U get beat or winging his knowledge about 'the boy' whoever at crystal palace so fair play.3 points

To be fair, You can't blame Sunderland's two best strikers that they've had since I've been watching football, Gabbiadini and Phillips, for jumping ship when the big guns of Crystal Palace and Southampton came calling.3 points

Yeah. I’ve mentioned before it’s one of several examples where his talk about self-sustainability was shown up to be absolute bollocks. He only ever thought in terms of getting through the season unscathed3 points

When we moved to the present board, your first post to me (unprovoked) was to tell me to get fucked. Again, sound judgement.3 points

It's most likely because there was fuck all investment in the academy under Ashley. A prime example of him being a penny wise pound foolish idiot.3 points

Yeah, I thought this too and why aren't journalists bringing this up? I would ask @Dr Gloom, but I expect I will just get the Kerry Katona gif in response because that's literally the standard of journalism nowadays.3 points

All you need to know about a large percentage of the people who live in the Tory heartlands is that Michael Fabricant has a huge majority. Imagine voting for that to represent you, man.3 points

Given that Sunak is “only” paid £150k ( his combined MP and Chancellor salaries), it makes you wonder why he and his Mrs. are now prepared to pay several millions in taxes to keep him there, doesn’t it?3 points

In the league(s) since Jan 1st... Newcastle have scored 1.25 gpg Sunderland on the other hand have scored a massive 1.29 gpg. Which is impressive given that every game is someone's cup final. Newcastle have conceded 1 gpg Sunderland have conceded 1.35 gpg. I mean it is a tough league, and they have had some managerial complications. Therefore, Newcastle are +0.25 gdpg this year. Sunderland are -0.06 gdpg. I can't be arsed to investigate their goals, even this is pathetic.3 points

Listening to tory apologists on R5 constantly minimise it ("it's basically a parking ticket") one after the other is sickening. The amount of division this cunt generates is unreal. Destroying the country from within. I hope there's something left of this country when this cunt finally goes.3 points

I’m not saying ours has been good, just it’s a weird thing to suddenly start banging on about. It also, as the Fish points out, fucks up their “Ashley is brilliant” mantra as one of the areas Newcastle fans brought up was lack of funding in the youth side. I mean, they have Henderson and Pickford but in the same time frame we’ve had Carroll, Dummett, Forster, Woodman (borderline atm), Armstrong, Longstaff, and going a little further back Shola, Taylor, Ramage, Aaron Hughes, Chopra. While I agree Henderson is the best of the bunch I think we’ve produced more who have been fairly regular PL players compared to them. Is our academy producing far less than it should be? Absolutely but I don’t think theirs is some conveyor belt of talent that warrants them taking the high ground on this topic.2 points

They threatened to release the footage of him actually humping the bint on his desk. Even he realised that’s 5 seconds that no one needs to see. Shite jokes aside, that’s a very good point and would be used against them in a normal country.2 points

Of all the despicable, amoral, and criminal behaviour the Tories have carried out whilst screwing us, their repeated use of the phrase “get on with” is one that really makes my fucking teeth itch, for some reason.2 points

just finished reading the secret barrister's fake law. thought it a far easier actual read than his first excellent book and truly shocking in places with regard to myths surrounding our human rights, employment law and the legal aid system. the bloke very obviously has a place reserved in hell for chris grayling. look forward to his new book nothing but the truth coming out next month.2 points

9 minutes which those conforming to the regulations didn’t spend with their dying loved ones. It doesn’t matter if it’s 9 minutes or 9 hours, it was a criminal act. Fuck off you horrible apologist cunts!2 points
