  1. I find it all a bit odd to be honest. living in cheltenham I rarely cross paths with any mackems so I've got little to gauge them on since the takeover other than rtg. the last time I spoke to one was at the shepherd and shepherdess at beamish post the leicester game and he was very philosophical about our potential future and expressed his envy that it wasnt them. I appreciate I shouldn't really be saying this what with me being an old cunt now and I apologise for getting all essembee on yo asses, however.... I'd love to be exile's 'mag I met on a dog walk in the brecons' (or any other fucking mackem for that matter) whose opening gambit was to call me scum (or start hitting me with a plastic sword) before announcing I was complicit in the murder of children, stoning rape victims and chucking gays off tower blocks as seems to be the case for nufc supporters who visit their messageboard. in the unlikely event this was replicated in real life, they'd very soon realise that despite me advancing years I'm still more than capable of planting my forehead very firmly on the bridge of their fucking nose.

  2. ask the cunts why despite heading towards 100,000 posts of outrage about ksa on a football messageboard in 9 months why, wearside amnesty's facebook page has a total of 150 follows.... https://m.facebook.com/WearsideAmnesty/community/?ref=page_internal&mt_nav=0 ask the cunts why despite rtg seemingly being a haven for the good and righteous why it is that wearside amnesty's twitter page has only racked up 60 followers in the 7 years since it began tweeting...... https://mobile.twitter.com/wearsideamnesty because it could easily be misconstrued that they're not quite the guardians of morality they like to portray they are.

  4. just popped over, honestly man @The Fish, why do you put yourself through that? there's no hope of reasoned debate on there, you've got more chance of getting a blow job off the man in the moon.

  6. Funnily enough, their lack of a large Championship contingent in their squad is why they’ll get relegated

  8. Here's a player, now here's all the reasons why we shouldn't sign him. Good work Polarboy, ya big Jabroni. This is why I didn't believe any shit about our transfer budget. We're in the enviable position of having the funds and the FFP wiggle room to buy players who're interested and available. Plus because of the neglect to the squad for fucking ages, most of the new signings know they're likely joining as first team regulars. Honestly, I think the only things slowing us down are getting shot of the deadwood like Gayle, Clark etc. and we're not going to be taken for fools by clubs or agents e.g. Ekitike. If Paqueta and Diaby are available at the right price and want to come, we could definitely buy both. Since Oct 21 we've spent £190m on players with 4-5yr deals (bar Trippier and Wood). So we've still a fair amount of wiggle room in FFP terms.

  9. As I was going around picking my dogs shit out of the garden this morning my mind immediately likened this painful job to picking a Tory Leader. Some logs pick up better than others and some soggy ones stuck to the grass. But at the end of the day its all just shit.

  11. Aye what the fuck is Laurens on about? Too good for us soon? He was too good for us when we signed him, same as Trippier, that’s why we bought them. I think one of the weirder things about this takeover has been some of these journalists almost acting as if it hasn’t happened, they see us sign players who have clearly been told the ambitions and steps of the project to convince them to come and act like the players see it as a stepping stone. A player like Bruno Guimeraes didn’t need a stepping stone club…

  13. He really is becoming one of these ITK accounts, says something vague about likely no signings for a week and then if it passes sounds out the “like I said” tweet. We’re trying to sign £50m players, it’s going to take time he was acting like everyone was taking the week off to pat themselves on the back .

  23. Because it's a communicable yet preventable disease for which a safe and effective vaccine is readily available. Much like meningitis. There is absolutely no reason, barring allergy, why anyone eligible should not have their meningitis vaccination. You wouldn't twist if I suggested that PL players who couldn't find new clubs because they didn't have meningitis vaccinations ought to stop complaining and go and get their jabs. So why quibble over COVID? But I'll go one further and say that it's part of the price of entry. Clubs do not want to invest in players who they might lose to a random, uncontrollable COVID outbreak at a vital point in the season. Therefore, the players in question can either a) Cry about it, hence "boo hoo" or b) Get vaxxed, the numb, overpaid fucking morons.

  27. I can't see it being Sunak. The assassin seldom becomes king, they're usually sacrificial as part of the process. Same with Heseltine when he ousted Thatcher. Wouldn't be surprised to see Sunak back at the cabinet table mind you, but nowhere near the Treasury.

  30. Aye I was just reading that. Sunak as well saying he's going to clamp down on gender neutral language. Shapps has just been asked about it on Sky News and answered the question about as calmly as if Pincher was sat next to him with his hand down his pants. Hey fuckheads, people can't feed their kids. Sort that out and they'll let you use whatever pronouns you like. Until then, shut your fucking mouths with the culture war shit, you boring arseholes.
