He’s a bandaged prancer, a prancer for money. He’ll step over balls and jink too.9 points

This is one of our players we’re talking about here- won player of the tournament in an international competition. You sure you’re an NUFC supporter and not just an ASM fan girl?5 points

It sounds more like the place I was used to work at in St Nics than a school and that’s very similar experiences with my lass. She worked up at Amble, but is over Walker now. Never had any breaks, any frees to mark. Had to mark/plan on weekends, half terms and half of the six weeks with all those holidays teachers get…! It’s happened a good few times with Syrian kids where they don’t speak a word of English, terrified and just the other day w Kurdish laddie walked in shaking, crying not a word of English poor thing. She does get her breaks and frees in Walker unlike that other place and the pastoral team are great there, but she was basically a teacher, parwnt, phycologist and pastoral at the other place. It’s honestly sickening the way at the Tory’s are not giving them the pay and support they need to do their job, simply just teach, compared to the likes of Scotland. that former educational secateurs of state was a right clown, but that’s the majority of politicians who lack any insight or empathy for teachers. I thought it Walker would be worse than Amble being an academy too, but they have more resources than Amble. That place is a sinking ship and basically how you described.5 points

I was on the side of the cyclists in the riding two across debate but after seeing this clip I’m definitely going out of my way to run a couple over this weekend.5 points

Ah yeah man we’re buzzing to be going there! We’re playing both days and they’re actually paying us properly and really looking after us. We’ve also got a gig in Rotterdam three weeks later so if we can sell some tickets for that it’ll be perfect4 points

Aye, my issue with it is that players will be on twitter and we have a team working hard to bring players they’ve targeted to the club and then there’s all these fucking morons on twitter whinging. I’m sure players shrug it off but it’s still unneeded and pathetic. Especially given it’s the same people that are posting gushing love poems about players like Ciaran Clark leaving us .3 points

Star man, 8 goals and 4 assists from just 38 games in his career. Big season for him.3 points

I’m now picturing ASM cutting about the wing in a Tina Turner wig and heels.3 points

I love The Kieron as much as the next absolutely 100% heterosexual man, but you’d think he’d have got changed out of his jimmy jams before tapping up the new lads Mrs.3 points

It’s time we took the captaincy off Lascelles properly and give it to this bloke. Stopped by on his time off to greet the new player and introduce himself as a resource for him to settle.3 points

Really enjoyed that game tonight, great to see a proper game of football again and it had everything. Both sides played well really, and both had chances. What a double save from Trafford, outstanding effort from the Young Lions over the tournament. Gordon was class right the way through aswell, hopefully that will inspire him with confidence for our big season ahead!2 points

Didn’t one of them have a countdown for some underage lass until she was old enough to whip ‘em out? Yep- It was Lindsey Dawn McKenzie, for her 16th birthday2 points

Everyone saying we could only spend £75-100mil due to FFP. I assume that's bollocks given you can spread player contracts over 5 years now. So £55mil on Tonali is only £11mil off the balance this Summer2 points

ASM has been useless for ages, he doesn’t have the intelligence to play for Eddie. Eddie’s system relies on trusting his players and he can’t trust ASM to be productive without the ball.2 points

he’s scored 34 goals over the past four seasons in the PL, including 13 last season. He also works hard off the ball. He looks like an Eddie Howe player to me2 points

£35m would be a great deal for Barnes tbh. He’s hard working, direct, rapid, and strong, has a good eye for goal and excels in quick passing moves to beat his markers which aligns with how we play. I agree with those saying Maddison would have been more exciting but Barnes is the better fit.2 points

Gordon could stay here for the entirety of his career, become a free scoring legend, then go on to lead the club as manager to 10 consecutive quadruples, and he still wouldn’t have made up for those patchwork monstrosities he wore.2 points

Good signing imo. Maddison may have been more exciting but he doesn't really fit into our setup. Barnes can play RW and LW and will allow us to peddle ASM and/or Almiron. 37 goals in 3 seasons2 points

Shit strip 👍 Strange looking lass (sister) leaning suggestively across a car bonnet 👍 Shit brutalist architecture in background 👍 Non committal sale date implying supply issues 👍 Homage to the 80s when they could also be found in the third tier 👍2 points
