I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt about being a Tory since I have a hard time imagining Paul Heaton being in a band with any of them5 points

Now imagine all those tiny Chinese kiddies picking each grain of rice out of its husk just so you can scarf down your Succulent Chinese Meal and Curry sauce every Friday night.3 points

This, entirely! Not sure he had any input on what his birth name was going to be, but if it provides Wykiki a rare opportunity to call someone a CUNT, let's allow it As for his music. Agree with Alex that it was nothing earth shattering, he saw an opportunity to take it mainstream and exploited it. Along similar lines, I've come across way too many people who think 'The Fat Of The Land' is both the Prodigy's best album, and first album!!3 points

Do we want an Aldi Isak though? Or are we better going for a different profile so we can switch things up when games aren't going for us?3 points

It would be the ultimate injury mind game by Eddie if he did the presser but didnt appear for the game.3 points

He’s a clever sampler (or was). I kind of agree the results aren’t really anything amazing though. The whole ‘big beat’ thing was just block party hip hop. A style that was nothing new even at the time. Just a more commercially appealing version of that really. I can’t say I was ever much of a fan but I liked some of his stuff at the time. Massively overrated imo because I think there’s people who are much better. But that’s just taste really. He’s got a canny discography when you look at all the stuff he’s been involved with. What’s triggered this btw? Has he done something recently? The CUNT3 points

Ekitike has the whiff of a world class bellend, so I’d personally avoid him. He does look handy though.3 points

Man u have shown that game time alone is not particularly useful for developing players abilities or stock. A young striker should be looking at opportunities to improve and we're one of the best talent improving teams in the league over the last few seasons. Man u and chelsea can offer him money but not the other two things on recent evidence, we're a better option than either. Arsenal would probably be the number one spot for him since they really need a first choice forward and can offer him all of the above but I'd put us in second place, especially if we have CL football next season.3 points

Has anyone ever wondered if this whole trans court case has come about as Armitage Shanks wanted to sell more toilets and the whole thing has got out of hand?3 points

A second one as well. It depends on the charges but if those judges got arrested not for bending the law but for a mere unfavourable interpretation then it’s scary and a clear example of plain fascism.2 points

Incredible that after nearly two years of negative spend coupled with massive revenue growth we're barely keeping our heads above the water. Fanks, Mike.2 points

He’s also still young enough where a season or two playing well at Forest, even if they fall off, will hardly harm his chances of getting a move to a top team eventually. Forest would probably make a tidy profit off £30m too2 points

I didn't express myself particularly well but I did actually mean Forest and Chelsea could be strong options for him along with Villa. I would imagine Champions League would be a must for them to be able to get him though whereas others may actually be better placed to sign him if they didn't make the top five. I do actually think Man U and Spurs still have more pull than they should have will the way sky have rammed their names down everyone's throats for years. The mess that they are they shouldn't be in the equation but I do think they are. Winning the Europa league and qualifying for the Champions League would absolutely be a game changer for either of them. I've been quite sympathetic to Bilbao for a few years since I spent a week between there and San Sebastian but I'm massively supporting them for the foreseeable.2 points
