Currently in Andalusia between Marbella and Estapona, not sure if you can see it on the photo but think you might be able to see the pillars of Hercules, definitely Gibraltar anyway in the distance. The raggy is top notch by the way and that's especially the staff.8 points

I had a debate with someone in the pub last night about the Botman/Jackson incident and they're also adamant it's not a red and only connected because Botman failed to jump (WTF?!) I think we're going to have to get used to this nonsense if we want to remain where we are in the league - we're bothering them in and around us ... and it's fucking tremendous.8 points

Out of form a little bit? Fatigued due to a lack of cover so having to play most of every game? A combination of those things?8 points

Nothing says 'we're one of the world's biggest clubs' like an in-house barbecue to celebrate winning a European trophy.8 points

Goodison Park no longer to be demolished - they're going to make it the permanent home of Everton's women's team. At least the quality of football will improve.6 points

that’s not entirely fair. The question was if we do finish second, do we have the second best squad? I think most of us would say we don’t and it’s an amazing season if we qualify for the CL, let alone finish second, after winning a cup. Sherwood said as much, paying tribute to the job Howe has done. It is an incredible achievement by Howe if we finish above Arsenal, Chelsea and Villa when you compare the squad quality and levels of investment in recent seasons6 points

OBVIOUSLY we need to the xG for the five previous games in order to make a comparison. This is pretty simple stuff, I shouldn't have to be telling you how to do your job.6 points

This for me. Clearly carrying a niggle - isn't sprinting the same way with the exception on Sunday to absolutely wipe curly head twat Cockurella out. Since Gordon's suspension/injury, he hasn't been as effective & I think that's due to Gordon taking up a lot of space and having the ability to go either way with trickery & presses so high up. Barnes is not the same player. Much more direct towards goal with intention to cut in and hit and does not press the same way. Isak is not getting the ball anywhere near as much higher up the field and on Sunday, was dropping in deep and out wide alot of the first half hunting the ball. The team look a little jaded in general and it's no surprise given the size of the squad. We've realistically had only 3 injuries to squad players unitl the weekend, for a few weeks anyway & unable to rotate, unlike the likes of Villa and Chelsea. Drums home how immense we've been this season, without one of the best centre backs in the league (who's big game performances have been sublime) & provides real excitement for the summer with scope to spend and what looks like likely champions league football. Isak is staying & we're mounting a charge next season, post acquisition of 4/5 players that can start/push for it. Mon the pies.6 points

He was straight over to Tonali looking delighted as the first goal went in. Carrying a knock/no rest seems the likeliest thing Arsenal defence are his bitches so only needs to at 50% this weekend6 points

I was told last night, and subsequently saw it mentioned on twitter, that he is having an operation in the summer. He hasn't looked quite right for a few weeks (but not in a disinterested way. Quite the opposite, he looks frustrated that he isn't doing as well) so this certainly stacks up to me. The person who told me is genuine and he has had information in the past that has been correct, and other stuff that has been wrong so I'm not saying it's 100% itk, but I can definitely believe it.6 points

The whole idea of not jumping is such bullshit as Botman was about to spring/jump to actually head the ball when he was elbowed in the face. Jackson, not knowing where the ball was, was never competing for it, so trying to twist it to the point where they're blaming Botman for not jumping well before the ball has even arrived is some next level victim blaming. They've also been comparing it to Mings, who didn't even get a yellow. Apparently VAR thought it was worthy of a yellow but they can only act if it's potentially a red. He broke the poor Bournemouth player's jaw, but he was always looking at the ball and just aggressively shielding. Jackson's was a much more serious infringement but thankfully caused less damage.6 points

I remember when we had our Newfoundland put down as kids. She was a massive bear. We had her from a pump and she was soft as shite. Loved her to bits. One day the old fella said he was taking her to the vets. Didn't think why just carried on playing Fifa. He came back dog lead in hand. Looked at me and started crying. That hit so hard as my old dad didn't show his emotions at all.5 points

Grim scenes in the garden today The rooks / crows who are nesting in one tree, paid a visit to the pigeons who are nesting 2 trees along. Lots of noise, feathers falling down and then Mrs pigeon came flying out. 20 seconds later the rook came out with one of the pigeons eggs in its beak. What absolute cunts. I half tempted to turn the hosepipe on them. This is not the garden for ruffians of any sort.5 points

Joe Rogan was big into his DMT and look what's happened there. He did a documentary about it that was on Netflix. I'd have a shot though, aye. I'll be fucking livid if I come out of it wanting dreads though.5 points

I don't think there's anything aside from perhaps fatigue and maybe carrying a small niggle. It's easy to lose sight that he had an absolutely mental 2-3 period where everything he touched was going in. That form was never going to be sustainable. The media frenzy around him has weaponised him as a passive threat to teams as well. They're shit-scared to the point where they're marking him tight and leaving the door open for others around him.5 points

We need to see the prompt for this. To determine whether it was you or the phone that fucked this up, but also just to see what it's like when a grown man asks his phone to draw him his favourite train.4 points

So this phone has inbuilt generative AI where you can sketch something and it will create a fully fleshed out image for you. As you all know, I like trains. Here's what the thick fucker made of my sketch of a high speed train.4 points

I’ve long since found it funny & couldn’t care less about the mental gymnastics other fans need to do to justify us being where we are I’ll say this though - i think the refereeing has been abysmal for both teams in our last few games. It’s like they have lost the ability to control a game. They are trying to galaxy brain when to hand out yellow cards rather than hand them out for yellow card offences. Then you get stupid stuff like Chelsea thinking they can kick the fuck out of us unpunished & our lads getting annoyed & taking a pop back. It always has the opposite effect.4 points
