Childish, but I'll indulge you. Prove me wrong! I was saying he was finished for months - quite a few on here were saying how great he was. Newcastle wanted rid of him - nobody would buy him - went on a free - career in free-fall. Now argue with me or just come up with another childish insult!

It was a classic case of the Emperors new clothes. For example - the bloke could not lift a corner to save his life - yet there were people who thought his corners were fantastic. I did my own mini Opta-index for one game to see if I was just seeing things. I still think I have been vindicated by his domestic and international career since he left Newcastle. If he was half as good as many said, why the hell haven't we seen or heard of him since and why was he transferred on a free? As for Dyer... He was shit yesterday for the reasons I have stated.

You weren't watching the same game as me then. Dyer was appalling. All he did was pass backwards all game or return the ball to the person who passed it to him. He bottled everything. This is obviously how he intends to remain fit - just jog around all afternoon and never get involved.

The first bloke to be chucked out (the one in casual clothes) had a bloody head as if he had been nutted. Five minutes later the fella with the toon top on got chucked out.

The style of the team changed overnight when Dalgleish joined. Out went the adventurous attacking style of Keegan and in came sideways European stlye football. I used to always comment on how, rather than hitting a team on the break - a Dalgleish team would always let the opposition get back into their defending positions before we would attack them. Unfortunately, with the exception of Bellamy - we haven't really seen much dynamic attacking football since!

I don't know why we don't have live access to every game yet! I'd pay £10-£15 for every Newcastle away match (but don't tell them!).

Between them they own the lions share of the company... Like it or not, it is their business, their football club! If it loses money - it is essentially their money that is lost!

Ok - we all pay our £500 and have to watch the crap being dished out, but the biggest loser here is Freddy Shepard and Doug Hall. Not only did they have to pay off Sir Bobby, pay Blackburn compo for Souness - but they now have to for out £5m to get rid of the clowns and possibly pay more compo to the club of the next manager! If only he hadn't been so stupid in the first place! Ok... we are losing out, but I take a little solace from the fact that the two muppets in charge have lost out big time (possibly to the tune of £4m each!)

I can't believe that is just money keeping him at St. James' The bloke has been in pro football now for many years and must have a fair few million in the bank. But every loss that we suffer eats into what little credibility he has left! I don't know - hence I'm asking you fine people for the answer!

Agreed... I get frustrated with the way we can't keep posession for more than 10 seconds without giving the ball away with some ridiculously overoptimistic or just piss poor pass!

Since our defence are a shambles, our midfield are virtually all injured and only Alan Shearer worth a game up front... where do you fine people think we need to concentrate on this January?

I always have a chuckle to myself when I hear people shout "get both sides of him" instead of "get goal side of him"! They have obviously mis-heard someone else shout it, thought it sounded clever - and repeat it :-)
