I would say that Istanbul is more than significant and fairly recent as were our three semi final appearances in 4 years as was our FA cup and Super cup wins. I would also say that reaching the CL semi and finishing 4th and qualifying for next year`s CL is not bad. You of course have loftier expectations being a Manchester fan. Reaching a cup semi-final and finishing 4th is considered a big achievement by Liverpool fans now. Quality. I didn`t say it was a big achievement...........you did!.................congrats on becoming a Liverpool fan.
