We havnt signed anyone yet and my post wasnt about Barton as a player it was about an obvious lack of funds.

Does any one get the distinct feeling were going to be let down again. Two week ago we were all rejoicing at the prospect of a major take over and ousting fat boy, we all thought we were going to get Millions to spend, then a couple of week later reality strikes. 1. We cant even afford Barton 2. Fat Fred is digging his heels in and is probably going to scupper the proposed take over, or at the very least let it drag on and ruin any chance in the Transfer Market. 3. Most of our proposed targets are Free, or unknown and cheap. Any decent targets we may have had now have other clubs interested because we are too slow. Why can this club never do anything positive ?, theres always a sting in the tail.
