I dont know how I have done it but I have a cut up my nose and it bloody hurts! It doesnt seem to be healing

It'll probably heal itself if you keep your fingers out of your nose. There's probably some cream you can use to stick up there if it doesn't sort itself out before too long. If it starts oozing pus or anything then go to the doc

i once had a zit up my nose - and its was extremely painful.

 

could see it in a mirror but couldnt get at it to sqeeze it.
