Whole season, so in January say you're a shit club like Colchester in the CCC, you're playing pish, you have loads of injuries, you need back up, you can't loan anyone for the rest of the season.

That's only a premiership ruling though isn't it?

Same for everyone now I think.

Can't be. Scunny have just signed a Charlton player on loan for 3 months, with an option for either a further 3, or till the end of the season.

Hull have asked Newcastle if Andrew Carroll can sign on a season-long loan deal, reports BBC Radio Humberside.

The 18-year-old striker has been part of Newcastle's pre-season squad but is expected to miss out when Mark Viduka returns from international duty.

Carroll has four years left on his contract at the Premiership club.

He became the Magpies youngest European debutant when he made his first-team debut in the 1-0 Uefa Cup win in Palermo on 2 November 2006.

I'm clearly not a soopafan.

I havnt really seen enough of him to judge if he's got the potential to make it or if shes just shite.

Even then, youngsters who have immense potential can just fade away into obscurity.
