Slow PC

My mate asked me to have a look at his PC as it was running slow. Went down installed AVG, done a scan, found 6 threats sorted. he's went to put his PC on today and it's egg timer city, what the fucks going on?

 

 

P.S How the fuck you people use PC''s is beyond me, more hassle than they're worth imo

What he said. Sort the processes on CPU to see whats using the memory then check the name(s) on google to see if its iffy or not.

The problem with windows is that it's about the last OS you should let the average user online with.

Depends.... defrag doesn't do much these days with an NTFS file structure. Was a much more useful tool in FAT32

Something like perfect disk can still make a decent difference, but usually only massively noticeable with reasonable full drives and stuff that can throw around a lot of data (games and such).
