It looks very much like the very first Umbro one we had... (Keegan's debut).

I reckon it is the late '70s / early '80s shirt. It's a mock-up, no way they would go with puffy tight sleeves.

not enough filigree to be real imo. Puma as new sponsors will want to make it stand out from recent offerings.
