luckyluke 1 Posted February 4, 2012 Share Posted February 4, 2012 Hi I recently updated my iOS and all my apps have gone. I only ever downloaded them on my phone, they're not on my laptop. Is there anyway of getting them back without forking out again? Or seeing as I've already paid for them, can I just download them from the app store again for free? Gemmill 34464 Posted February 4, 2012 Share Posted February 4, 2012 Aye if you're using the same Apple ID, if you go to download them from the app store, it'll recognise that you already purchased them and you'll get them for free. It's worth enabling iCloud and opting to back up to iCloud though. That way, when you plug your phone in to charge in the house (not to your computer, just to the charger), it'll automatically back your phone up to the cloud via wifi. If your phone ever goes tits up you can basically restore it to the last time you had it on charge in the house. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Monkeys Fist 38766 Posted February 5, 2012 Share Posted February 5, 2012 Open the app store on your phone and click on Updates. There should be a "Purchased" box at the top of the page.
