BTW, I’d have been furious if we hadn’t been given that Foden penalty shout. MOTD explained that according to the letter of the law it probably was correct but there’s no way that Schar about to follow through doesn’t put Foden off. While it was the correct call I’m amazed it wasn’t given considering who the opposition were.

I was on the beer yesterday and tried three different fucking pubs to watch the match but every one was showing the Ireland rugby match with commentary so eventually had to settle with watching it with no sound. Last time I do that.
On the plus side, the Dutch courage pushed me to lumping on a Newcastle win at 27/10 so worked out a free day on the piss with a few quid left over on top.

Not so sure on that mind, if he is considered as one of their best players, or even The Best. And on the cusp of returning to training, it’s very feasible they will take a chance on including him in the squad at the very least.
It would be bad form for them to pick a player who has missed a big chunk of the season after getting injured playing for them before he’d kicked a ball for us.At the same time they’ll be acting in their own interests and will want one of their best players with them.
The only way he avoids a call up is if he tells them he doesn’t want to play Afcon but we have no idea what his feelings are on it.

It's not the worst article he's 'written'. He's basically making the point that Howe will have ambition and the club needs to give him the tools to help him realise that ambition, something most of us on here have said at one time or another.

You can say what you like about Reform but at least all their MPs went to school, unlike 2% of the three main parties.

I don’t get exactly what he’s done. Shown a bit of arrogance?

What the fuck are the chimneys meant to be? Is that just aesthetic?
It’s because they’re a ‘powerhouse’. Looks like the architects have sacked their staff in favour of AI.-

Not the worst draw for the Republic. Beat the Czechs and we're at home to (most likely) Denmark.
NI are fucked though.

not a bad back (well yes i've had that for years and find sleeping on the floor deals with bouts of that) but i had a fall whilst running in July and haven't been right since. Broke a bone in the hand, the costachondritis but the pain killers are for an unknown shoulder issue. its been months. hoping an ultrasound will help. too much info maybe.
thanks

I've yet to see a study disproving that claim. Must be true.

He cost us half an Alexander Isak. Seems like a bargain to me right now.
