Exactly. People want Ben Arfa to play because of reputation, goal against Everton and the idea that one player will be good enough to pick apart any side. Pardew got it perfect on Wednesday, as he has done a fair bit this season. He obviously got it right this time, no question about it, but still inconsistent until future results prove otherwise... that means adapting his tactics and utilizing the players at his hand better towards ALL teams, not just stick with something because it worked against a specific team. But I give him credit for this one, it shows he has improved a lot.

Williams been great for Swansea this season but I can't see why they are gonna let him go. I feel we need to sign a utility defensive player who can slot into all roles, fullback (left), centre back or the Tiote role. Someone better than Perch obviously. I know this player called Vegard Forren who's an absolute starlet in our Norwegian team Molde, he's exactly that player. I've been wanting us to sign him since the beginning of last season. (Partly because he's Norwegian ). He's even been linked to Newcastle for a while.
