He knows some things. Others are simply made up on the spot. Some of the things he claims to have happened in the late 70s and 80s just didnt occur and others didnt happen as he remembers them. Nowt wrong with the latter until he insists it did and if you didnt see it that way then you werent there...... I am certain it isnt a wind up. He simply doesnt have the wit, humour, humility or social skill. He's just a daft sod with narrow minded views and some redeeming parts to his personality. If he was man enough to back down then fair enough but the line he is casting at the minute does him no favours. I enjoy some of the discussions but not when he has his 'oracle' head on.

Theres a job I was gonna go for and the post code is NE65. Still want to live in Chester-le-Street cos the idea was to move back and be around my family again - not in the sticks of Nortumbria! No idea how far it is but is it manageable on a daily basis? I was just wondering. When I lived down south I did 40+ miles each way and it didnt worry me at all but there again driving past the villages of Suffolk is a bit prettier than the western bypass.

I thought they were sterotypically happy drunken idiots tbh. Johnny "Mad Dog" Adair is on the radio later. I wouldnt call him a happy drunken idiot

I dont mind people sticking to what they believe as long as they can accept that another perspective may have some merit. He rarely, if ever, did that. Guess a little more humility wouldnt have gone amiss rather than the daft 'how long have you been watching blah blah blah...' bullshit. In the end the daft so has shown himself up. Not that he wasnt doing that anyway.

He's a bloody looper. Seriously http://z3.invisionfree.com/NUFCforum/index...?showtopic=2499 No idea if he is LeazesMag on N-O or whether someone has activated that account but his schizophrenia on his own forum is very odd.

He's desperate. Happily we all know he said it

He needs help. The bloke is clearly deranged. He knows very little about football to be fair. Heart in the right place but clueless about team spirit, what a good player looks like (see his support for Peter Ramage, Boumsong etc) and has the social skill of a pikey. The comments on his site and his confusion over his own identity are ludicrous. It was fun watching him make a twat of himself but such a shame he didnt have the wit to see what was happening to him. Shame, cos sometimes he seemed alright.

McStay an outstanding midfielder... Agreed. Collins wasn't bad but McStay was average at best and nowhere near as good as Gary Mac Best 5 Scottish midfielders since 1980 1 Graeme Souness 2 Gary McCallister 3 Gordon Strachan 4 John Collins 5 Paul Lambert - for his achievements Collins is a toon fan as well you know. Steve Nicol was as good as the last two if he played in midfield and Ray Houghton was better than the last two too! Houghton is Irish though... In the same way Tony Cascarino is

Got a Fender Jazz I never use. Can't abide Les Pauls. Ugliest fucking things the guitar world ever had foisted upon it. Sound generic, look hideous and generally played by middle aged arseholes or younguns without any charisma. Get something nice looking that sounds good - like a Gretsch or a 355 with a good wang bar. Just dont go down the hideous Les Paul route..... you'll be buying a waitcoat next
-
I'd have more respect for him if he stopped trying to deny it all. It is fucking funny though

Spoken like a true stupid schoolteacher Given your track record I'll take that as a compliment

Leazes sounds like a man trying desperately to bullshit his way out of the hole he has dug for himself. Amusing to see him try this angle as everyone knows he said it. The gall of some folk is bewildering!!! He has his heart in the right place, head of the strawman and integrity of Baron Münchhausen. Poor sod. This really is the digital equivalent of rubber necking.

Good to see we have a new scapegoat.

I am quite tickled by the use of tabloid terminology by Leazes alto-ego and his mate over on N-O. The term Toonspastic made me giggle. http://www.newcastle-online.com/nufcforum/...?topic=37477.25 Will they ever give up? I don't think anyone minds others having opinions. Ramming them down people's throats is just weird.

Cheers for the reply Gol. I teach ICT (sometimes, its my 3rd subject) and I did this task from scratch last time I did it. Cant remember how - thats the problem and I remember it took me too long last time!!! Every school has to have a VLE by 2008 so yeah we have one but its not overly handy. The idea is to get the kids to develop a questionnaire and have their year group answer them in lessons. Thus from one questionnaire I can get responses on say 10 questions from 300 kids. Anyway, I could nick things but its important to get the data in the form I want it. Would Quizmaker allow all the kids in the year group to give answers to both open and closed questions?

Pretty much how I have felt about Newcastle United since Bobby's last season. It's lost its appeal and whilst there is the odd moment when they raise your spirits, I just dont really get as wound up as I used to. Mostly I just shrug nowadays. Still go to games and probably always will but not with any enthusiasm. We really are neither one thing nor another.

Hi, I have to make a web based queestionnaire for the kids at school. Did it 4 years ago but havent got a clue now!!! I need them to respond with answers to open and closed questions. The data should go into a csv, text file or something similar - a database will be its final destination. Any ideas and help appreciated, particularly on the open question bit. I have dreamweaver if that is any help and have looked into using coldfusion. Ta

Was meant to be out in Sheffield but been puking all day so I am in bed and about to watch Taggart!

We have qualified for Europe more than most teams and we have finished in the top 10 5 times. We have always given our shit managers shed loads of cash to spend. What more can you expect? etc etc
-
But at least no fans died in the process, eh no but your fucking shite team has been dead for fuckin years bit like your support really Inaccurate, not unlike your crime statistics. Shouldnt you be out sticking a pick axe through someones head in that lovely city of yours?

If Taylor is in the first team in pre-season I suspect I will be joining you.
-
Martins, Parker, and Dyer missed sitters like. And Taylor was riverdancing for that first goal. And Parker scored a fine goal. I hear you though. Bramble was to blame for both goals IMO Hard to argue. Too many to blame for the first goal. Main bloke to blame is the manager and the useless fat twat who appointed him.
-
Nothing most of us haven't been saying for years, its only Newcastle managers who seem to be blind to it. ...and Leazes
-
I'd have him as manager
