  1. Could be, I'd heard about it but didn't see it myself. I remember there were fans unhappy with Sir Bobby after we had finished 5th but it definately wasn't a hounding out, most were annoyed with Dyer, Jenas, Bramble and co for being cunts as well as Freddy fucking Bobby over

That season we finished 5th under Sir Bobby, I've had a look at it and was the thing a handful of fans were questioning was the fact we only won twice away from home?

  2. Did he not have Bovril thrown at him back when he was England manager? So basically he wasn't spat on and it wasn't even anywhere near him being manager of Newcastle.

Just googled that. And nothing relevant to that appeared. All lies by mackems probably? What a bunch of rancorous cretins.

  3. Fans 'spat on SBR'? Where and how could someone make up such unintelligent drivel?

EDIT: Just googled 'spat/spitting on Sir Bobby Robson' and nothing factual appeared. It was all comments by mackems on newspaper articles and RTG claiming that Newcastle fans did. And, I was too young to remember the SBR years sadly (I was born 21/12/2000) and the only stuff I know about his sacking was Freddy Shepherd, for some ridiculous reason, sacked him because we finished 5th, and just missed out on Champions League. And how we have deteriorated since...

  4. I know it's a longshot but I've scoured the internet and I cannot find anywhere that sells a large Newcastle 1993-94 & 1994-95 blue away shirt for preferably under £35. Does anyone know where I could possibly get one? :thanks:

It's this in case you can't remember it

  5.

You seem to know everything about sunderland , even down to what the players say in interviews :) You seem a bit obsessed

Yet you're a mackem signed up and posting on an NUFC forum. And have you ever heard of social media? If you have mates that are mackems sharing on Facebook and retweeting on Twitter it shows up on your timeline. Just sayin'.

  6. The state of what they've signed and they're buzzing bless them  they all turned on the hierarchy a couple of weeks ago, now they're posting threads apologising. Wouldn't want a single one of their signings. Borini wouldn't make our bench ffs

They're always buzzing when they make signings every single window, and watch a few YouTube montages and claim they've been watching them for years  They were over the moon with their record signing, Fletcher, when he arrived. Bet they were buzzing with the 'potential' of Wickham (he's fucked off now haha), the experienced O'Shea and Brown, and midfield powerhouse Rodwell  The only mackem player with a bit of quality is Johnson, a ALLEGED paedophile. M'Vila looks decent, and he's been accused of paedophilia as well

  7. My previous and first ever match thread I started was the game that decided our PL fate against West Ham. I hope I'm not cursed.

    Anyway:

    Our last 5 vs West Ham - D 0-0, D 0-0, W 1-3, L 1-0, W 2-0

    Our last 5 @ Boleyn Ground or Upton Park or whatever it is - L 3-1, W 1-2, D 0-0, W 1-3, L 1-0

    West Ham so far 2015/16: Arsenal (a) W 2-0, Leicester City (h) L 1-2, Bournemouth (h) L 3-4, Liverpool (a) W 3-0

    Newcastle so far 2015/16: Southampton (h) D 2-2, Swansea City (a) L 0-2, Man Utd (a) D 0-0, Arsenal (h) L 0-1

Suspensions for West Ham: Adrian, Jenkinson

Suspensions for Newcastle: unsurprisingly, Aleksandar Mitrovic

The obvious reason this game is on Sky is because we all remember that England game @ Wembley vs Croatia where our current manager Steve McClaren was in charge. Slaven Bilic, manager of West Ham, was the Croatia manager. It was absolutely pissing it down, and McClaren had his infamous brolly with him, while Bilic just stood there getting soaked.

Predictions? I want to be optimistic so I'm saying 1-2 to the Toon.

  8. This post on RTG, a reply to 'Borini always scores against the mags':

'You're so right brother, some players just seem to have 'a thing' about scoring against certain teams and Borini just loves the mags. He knows it, we know it and of course they know it. A fact that is worth the transfer fee on it's own.'

So they're happy with spending £7.5m rising to around £10m to get a player who scores against Newcastle? What a bunch of pathetic, sad, obsessed losers.
