If it was up to me, with 9mm hollow-point You do realise that ownership and congratulation mean nowt to a cat? They're just top predators doing their thing. Can't see why you're so pissed with that. Are you a vegetarian by any chance?

Newcastle United Vs Chelsea: Official Match thread

atmosphere must come across very different, as we were usually loud today and the team got plenty of support, where as the Chelsea fans were the same as their team just not up for it I'd say the same, the atmosphere this season is rarely anything other than abysmal, but today was louder than usual (though still poor). And the away fans were so bad that people were chanting about them being the worst aways fans this season. Kinda my point, but more about it seemed the crowd only got into it after they realised we hadn't conceded in the first 20 mins, and again, I heard nowt but Chelsea songs toward the end, except for the obvious times, again as it seemed people expected us to conceed late on. -
How do you congratulate a cat?

You used the c-words, Catherine. Asterisks or not, that's a c-word. I know a c-word when I see one, and that's a c-word. She* aint messin when it comes to cat killers. * the cat's mother

Well, I don't know what can be said to convince you otherwise. I only go by what I see on the program. Surely it's not beyond the realms of possibility that these could be planned to be close, and they turn out to be. There wouldn't be much point running a race that would clearly be onse sided. And in my experience, travel times in cars and by train (on the continent) can be planned ahead quite accurately and repeatably.

I've been thinking about that. Perhaps some of the 'stars' are looking to put themselves in the shop window. I also noted the fact that the crowd were obviously expecting the worst, both at the start and the end of the match, which never used to happen. -
It wasn't moments in all of them.

I saw the bike one again the other day. Like I said, pieces are re-shot for dramatic effect - it is entertainment after all, but I really can't see the point in them making up the finish times/scenarios. Can you see the presenters being fine about just lying about it on TV? I just think they choose scenarios that are going to be close finishes.

Mourinho - ref's against us
Super_Steve_Howey replied to Super_Steve_Howey's topic in Newcastle Forum
To be honest, I didn't know what he was getting at - "we deserved a draw, but the game would have been totally different if it weren't for these new rules" -
One man one vote. Except my vote, which is reflective of my stature as leader of all men.

Agree with the soul bit But the Germans understandably have a collective concious thing about not exercising collective tribalism and ergo nationalism by extension

72 views and not a single opinion?

Well, if that's true, which I'm not too sure about, then what does that say about Emre as an attacking mid-fielder? The first one is not creating a chance, Butt created the chance there. The second one is in the last ten minutes. Would you expect that from your selected midfield dynamo?

Right after this match, listing all the penalties Man U have got, and all the penalties they haven't, including today. Apparently there are 'new football rules' Must have only been introduced this year then..... As Sir Bobby once said, some people don't know how to lose.

Why do we announce the MotM before the end?
Super_Steve_Howey replied to MattM4's topic in Newcastle Forum
Announced just as a shot was going through his legs -
I honestly can't see what Emre offered in that match, no decent set plays or aerial balls, no fast forward passing, heading balls that anyone else could chest and control. Is he really a better OM than Dyer? So with him in, Dyer is seemingly undroppable, and offers nothing as a winger or striker yet again. So from everyone saying the obvious, we're going to get hammered, at the end of the day, we did not take advantage of posession due to a lack of creativity from these two players, leaving Milner, Sib and Martins to create something, with most good midfield work coming from Butt.

See this is the difference for me. In times gone past, in this situation the crowd would be at full volume constantly, which would lift the team to go on and perhaps nick this. Now, all I can hear are the 3,000 Chelsea fans, and our crowd just appears to be waiting to get beat. -
