You took the vaccine after weighing it up and doing the right thing for you. I read about novavax and decided that I wanted to take that vaccine. It then got delayed and delayed. In the meantime I am doing everything else that medical advice suggests which is not socialising, wearing a mask and keeping fit while I wait for the vaccine that I am comfortable taking. I haven’t criticised anyone else’s personal choice. If that is “too controversial” for people here then it really does start to look like a bit like brainwashing because it really isn’t a very radical approach

You took this vaccine to protect yourself. The fact that vaccinated people are still spreading it shows that they are happy to carry on as normal knowing that they will be ok.

The NHS is full of people with arguably self inflicted problems. Do you reckon we should go around shaming fat people or smokers for taking up a bed too?

Possibly. I’m personally quite happy to avoid the places where I’m not permitted without a health pass although it’s questionable ethically. but to play devils advocate what if there were long term health problems for people who took mRNA vaccines how would you feel if people who didn’t take them said you shouldn’t have medical care?

There are no long term studies on mRNA vaccines because they are new. That is why I don’t want to take one. Vector vaccines have a relevant (to me) reported side effect.
