It's not good for an attacking midfielder but despite Roeder seemingly wanting to play him that way I've never seen anything to suggest that's what he is. Last season he was excellent as a holding player which is where he should be playing. What about Butt though? Butt has came back into the team and done excellent tbf and he deserves to get the place ahead of Parker at the minute. And for me there is only one place that the two of them should be fighting over (except perhaps if we are playing away against any of the top four). But overall I think Parker is a better a player than Butt. What attributes do you think make Parker the better player? Personally I think Parker is all effort and little ability.

Gonna frame it and put it in my house, thik it should stay with me Its an illustrated war paper by all accounts

Red in the face when it fails to reach my quid-bid won't he! Just accept my generous offer and be done with it.

Give yer a quid for it.

He probably indicated that he'd carry him to anfield for 9 million because the clause is actually only for 7 million...

United eager to trigger Owen's £9m escape clause

You don't think anyone is going anywhere! i hope alot of them dont go ( mainly midfield and strikers ) we got a good team (except defence) they just need to sort themselves out No we don't. -
Van Nist did ok at the top in the 4-5-1/4-3-3 scenario and I think he's similar to Owen.

I love the way he writes that some fans are opposed to appointing Sam, probably because he's warm on the idea, yet when Roeder was appointed, all of the fans wanted him.

Should have just full stopped it there tbh.

If you believe the tittle tattle, Shearer not being around anymore could be a contributing factor.

TBH I don't like the way my thread was merged with that shitty poll. I intended it to be a 'who is it going to be' thread rather than a 'who do you want it to be' thread. NEVER MIND!

I'd actually have Houllier over any of that lot.

We're forgetting that Coleman is out of a job

Allardyce has the potential to be a great manager for us, but I also get the feeling that he could flop spectacularly. He hasn't really got the big club experience.

Who's it going to be? I'd like Sven tbh, knows his shit, and doesn't rate Parker Hope we don't fuck around for ages like last time, and if we do, I hope we don't get the same anti-climax.

I was over on the filth's board wondering what they had to say about roeder, and I stumble upon... http://www.readytogo.net/smb/showthread.php?t=226686

So has the twat-faced one actually been sacked or what?

Inoperable means he'll be on drugs to control the cancer for the rest of his life. It means what he has cannot be cured and therefore IS terminal. Was told my Mam's cancer was 'inoperable', it was only after she died that I was told it was actually 'terminal' and that they choose not to use that word. Best of luck with it all Sir Bob. Cancer is not curable completely. He has always required reassessment, which is what probably spotted this early. Cheomotherapy can do just as good a job as an operation in this case, as you can't remove his lungs, hence 'inoperable', but not terminal. You're on borrowed time from the first diagnosis, which in Bob's case was decades ago Bollocks. You forgot to include your medical qualifications in that incredibly detailed and well thought out post. And I would need medical qualifications to dismiss something that is blatantly complete bollocks because....
