May addressing the Nation at 8
-
It’s Tusk who has upped the Anti. Short extension only if WA passes next week. May has said at PMQ’s there is no way she will be PM for a longer extension. WA does not pass then we either leave on no deal or May goes and caretaker seeks long extension.
-
So, Mays deal passes next week or she’s gone.
-
Does Starmer have a chance of taking over from Corbyn or is he too much towards the centre for the membership.
-
Think TM could be gone in 48 hours, if that long.
-
Don’t shoot the messenger.

Nothing JC loves better than an opportunity for his trademark shouty spitty rant from the dispatch box. As long as it keeps him free from actually backing something
-
Depends which version of it Bercow is using.
-
See, all games. Nobody wants to carry the can for cancelling Brexit.
-
One free vote
-
Not a cat in hells chance of no deal. No majority for it in Parliament. May would simply revoke at last minute blaming others as she is doing with the extension.
-
Sorry to hear that. Our lass has bad asthma. Horrible thing.
-
No, indicative voting is lots of separate votes with lots of whipping and game playing. My way means MP’s couldn’t hide behind whips or party line and would only have their own electorate to answer to.
-
One bit of paper, every option, one tick, winner takes all, free vote, sorted in 15 minutes. If I was PM
-
SO24 coming
-
It matters little who the PM is in a hung parliament. GE would be better so one side had some clout.
-
Whovever the ERG candidate is will be the next PM. Johnson or Leadsom would be my guess.
-
Think the ERG are happy because they hate her deal and this could mean. 1. No deal 2. An extension could allow time for May replaced by a Brexiteer.
-
Sorry, the we the middle class know better has been done to death. As for jobs, if you are so bothered you would be in the politics thread rejoicing at how many have been created under the Tories and warning others how every Labour Government leaves office with higher unemployment.
-
Which bit of withdrawal v future relationship do you not understand? Even Kier Starmer says that under their plans they would still have to accept the exact same withdrawal agreement.
-
Article 50 is purely withdrawal not the future you spaz
-
The withdrawal agreement is about citizens rights, money and protecting the single market border. As no deal can be agreed until after we leave, these requirements are non negotiable, as the EU have said repeatedly. Even if we wanted Norway etc we still need to leave with this agreement first. Feel free to link anywhere the EU have agreed we won’t need the WA spazzes.
-
The EU won’t agree the future deal without a withdrawal agreement.
