Yeap, It's a joy to see this side just run out of ideas when a team has a go at them.
-
fucking scared me there!!! 1-1 OVERALL!!
-
Eh? Honestly we should just be thankful that this lad is wasting any of his short career at our shit club, never mind complaining at his desire to play for England. If Alan Shearer had come back from injury and said that he couldn't wait to get playing for England again, no one would say a thing. Playing football at all is something that Owen has had to look forward to for a while. Pretty soon playing for England will be the only thing he has to look forward to. Don't think themags was being serious... but still

Like the time (when, admittedly he was offside) he brought down Solano's long pass right to his feet? That again is typical Shola though... his best first touches and sometimes finishes seem to come when he's offside and the whistle has already gone. Weird (well, not really).

Guitar Hero the way it should be:

I am now praying Sam is here asap!!

I am a big fan of Zoggy and the treatment he has had this season is demoralising indeed. I'm not saying he in no way to blame... but Roeder's team selections have been ridiculous. Only times he has got things right were when his hand was forced. Look at yesterday for example, the only two subs he made were when we had players who physically couldn't carry on. Still then it took him until the second one to address the problem. I couldnt really blame Zoggy if he's had a few fits of annoyance over this season. Nothing a run in the side as a starter won't fix... Roeder doesnt seem to see it that way though.
-
True... just a shame the games don't last 20 minutes though.
-
Sure, I'd be disapointed if he left... but wouldnt really blame him though.

Owen's offside 'goal' from Soccerpulse: http://www.zshare.net/download/owen-offside-goal-zip.html If it's any consolation to anyone.
-
^yeap not was he waste of space but he cost us dearly. And by his presence prevented Milner from being more productive by playing on the right side.
-
Unlike the other comeback boy. Nice to see Shola hasn't lost his very unique touch for: - being offside almost constantly. The one time he wasn't it was by luck. - giving away needless fouls when we are in dangerous possessions. - and of course still having no spatial awareness. Jumping for the ball as it flies 3 feet above his head. Twat.
-
At least, right now, I feel as though I care! Which is more than Souness apathy. We need to kick that idiot Roeder out before it is too late.
-
Couldnt agree more. You can almost see that on his face at times... it's pathetic the shower of shite we have around him. And the players we have who are performing (like Milner) are played out of position by that fool in charge and therefore their impact is diminished.
-
Hardly. We played well for 20 minutes tbh.
-
Thought Taylor was very good. Apart from that the player who showed most promise was a lad who hasn't played any Premierleague football in over a year.
-
Fucking terrible. Another huge big bag of nothingness displayed on national TV. Roeder, get lost.
-
Wasnt Solano's fault tbh... he had to come in to block the shot. I'm more inclined to blame Dyer who lost the ball as we were getting ready to counter. Fucking Roeder just when you thought the footballing gods had done hime a favour by injuring Sib as we concede he goes and does a man for man substitution!! Fucking retard! Get someone on that left flank. Another hint... this time Zogg comes on.
-
This stinks of missed oportunities tbh... as soon as we get into good positions we are giving the ball away cheaply or with hospital balls. We look so crippled down the left flank with two right footed players, stupid... and with Dyer being pretty poor, I'd rather swtich Milner on the right and pop Zoggy out on the left.

Bramble is such a fucking tosser. Not only does he needlessly almost give a penalty, then he whacks those back passes to Harper AND makes them on target! Granted Harper maybe could have done better, but fucking hell, Bramble needs to understand what 'team' means.
-
Owen certainly looks more upper bodily muscular than ever walking out on the pitch lol

We've been through this many times but again... i think it was a great decision. He had the main strikers there already and to have an unpredictable, fast-as-fuck player was a great move. But then when the time came when it was now or never to throw the lad in (v Portugal soon after Rooney had seen red) Sven did nothing, and just stood there. The man couldnt even justify his own "controversial" decision, which makes even more of total moron. I hate him
-
^ Quite... don't think I care enough to make a decision here.
