1. Are you going to be playing in the football Scott?
2. I was asking my old man about that, as i am sure i read "he" was set to pocket 2 million from it.
3. I know most people will not be interested, but for those who are it is on Sky Setanta 2 channel 430 just now for free.
4. Well you won't want it the week before as that is World Cup final weekend and from then on we are in Europe and the season will be starting soon after so I think we should go ahead. Also some of those who are travelling have already planned for that weekend I believe. I do not see what the problem would be anyway, if Newcastle are at Home that day we will go to the football. The only thing that we would be unsure about is whether the 5 a side can go ahead...
5. On SSN, Spurs have asked for their match against West Ham to be replayed.
6. Aye but she's known for spouting shite tbh..
7. Chelsea stars Joe Cole and Glen Johnson gave their own vote of thanks to Glenn Roeder after Sunday's Barclays Premiership defeat at Newcastle. The pair, who made their names as youngsters at West Ham during the 50-year-old's reign at Upton Park, waited for him after the game and presented him with their shirts. "It was a nice gesture from Joe and Glenn, and one I appreciated very much," said Roeder. The Magpies manager elect donated the shirts to be raffled for the city's famous Walker Boys Club, but while delighted with the gesture, he admitted he had banned his own players from hanging around the Chelsea dressing room. Roeder was delighted to guide his side to a 1-0 victory over the champions which secured seventh place and the chance of European football next season. However, his ambitions are far loftier - he hopes to be appointed the new permanent manager if chairman Freddy Shepherd can win approval from his fellow chairmen - and while he admires Chelsea, he does not want his players to be star-struck. "I want other teams to ask for our players' signatures," he said. Roeder was still basking in a remarkable end to a difficult season today as planning for the future began in earnest. He and Shepherd face a series of challenges even if they manage to persuade the Premier League shareholders the former Newcastle defender should be allowed to take the job. But for a few days at least, Roeder can reflect upon a remarkable finish to the season which saw his side win 10 and draw two of their 15 league games to make a late and ultimately successful challenge for Europe. It was perhaps fitting such an impressive run was concluded with victory over the best side in the country, and while it was a much-changed Chelsea team which ran out at St James' Park, it took a monumental effort to see them off. Titus Bramble's 73rd-minute goal ultimately won the day, but after Stephen Carr's dismissal two minutes later, a packed house played their part. "I noticed when I was here as a player, that when we got a goal up, the fans will not let you lose," said Roeder. "The volume was as intense on Sunday as anything I have ever experienced, and I know it affected Chelsea. "In fact at one stage, I looked across at Jose Mourinho and saw he was having difficulty getting his instructions across."
8. Lens are ready to offer Jean-Alain Boumsong a chance to end his Newcastle nightmare. Boumsong arrived at St James' Park for £8 million in January 2005, but he has failed to live up to expectations. Recently he has even lost his place in the side and it looks likely that his future could very well lie away from Tyneside. Lens are now reported to have made contact with Newcastle to inform them that they are willing to take Boumsong. It is believed Sang-et-Or chairman Gervais Martel wants Boumsong on loan with a view to a full transfer - although an immediate permanent deal is an option. The main stumbling block is Boumsong's wages, and for Newcastle to sell him - they are almost certain to have to pay some percentage of his salary, should he leave.
9. BF is really good while Perfect Dark is a steaming pile of shit. You playing online then Dotbum? Send us a friend request, you too SM. The single player in BF isnt up to much like, but theres nowt like it online. As everything the only problem is t the annoying yanks. As for other games Kameo isnt bad, DOA4 is OK, Fight Night is very good. 133991 I'm not online yet but will do once I am..
10. Would that mean (hypothetically) Owen and Bellamy couldn't play together? 133801 Well with Bellamy being Welsh I would doubt it. You`ll need to stick to Walcott, Bent, Defoe etc
11. I bought Call of Duty on Ebay on Sunday for a tenner, was convinced something must be dodgy as they did not even charge me postage for it either, but it has arrived this morning and appears to be fine. Just need to finish this essay, before I can check it out properly though.
12. Middlesbrough's Franck Queudrue has revealed that he is considering playing for England, after talking with new coach Steve McClaren. The Boro boss, who takes charge at Soho Square in August, is a big fan of Queudrue - having brought him to England in 2001. Queudrue was snapped up by McClaren on loan after a brief trial, and he soon made his move permanent. The French full back is now one of the most popular players at The Riverside and is regarded as one of the best left backs in The Premiership. France have so far, to the player's annoyance, ignored his efforts in England and now he is considering switching his allegiance. "I will surprise you, I am in England for five years now and I have never had any French team call," he revealed. "I am 'eligible' to play for the England national team. McClaren has already talked to me about his project, but I need to think about it." Queudrue admits a move back to France remains an option and that could then bolster his Les Bleus ambitions - should he decide against playing for England. "In a way I could be lucky to play for a great team, but I would feel a little ashamed as France remains my country," he told But! "But I know here people respect me a lot. In France, people almost don't know me. "I hope it would change above all if I come back to Ligue 1 soon."
13. FLYING Frenchman Charles N'Zogbia has been selected to represent his country for the first time in the European Under-21 Championships later this month. N'Zogbia has been in fine form this season, and he has figured in 41 of Newcastle's games - 33 of which he has started - scoring six goals. The championships take place in Portugal from May 21 until June 4, with eight teams taking part. France are in Group A, and will face the host nation on May 23 in Braga, followed by a game against Germany in Guimares on May 25. They wrap up their group with a game against Serbia and Montenegro, again in Guimares, on May 28. Should France progress, they will play their semi final on June 1, with the final in Bessa on June 4. The other group will be contested by Ukraine, Holland, Italy and Denmark. Meanwhile N'Zogbia's United team-mate Amady Faye has been called up by Senegal for a friendly game with Korea in Senegal on May 23.
14. Peasepuds double tbh Now thats a 'Werepig' FACT..
15. Wait a minute this is the side that talksport, the media etc are claiming that you have practically won the World Cup. I also keep hearing this is the best England squad in years. Yes no doubt Defoe, Wright Phillips and Bent are unlucky and question marks are raised about the likes of Walcott, JJ and Hargreaves, but are these 3 or 4 players really the difference between you being the Worlds "best team" and an awful one?
16. England boss Sven Goran Eriksson has told Michael Owen that he is not to play in Alan Shearer's testimonial on Thursday. Owen has yet to prove his fitness since fracturing a metatarsal against Tottenham on New Year's Eve, with the Newcastle front-man thought to have been keen to play against Celtic. His international boss does not, though, share his enthusiasm and has now laid down the law in terms of his involvement. Having named just four strikers in his provisional World Cup squad, including Wayne Rooney, Eriksson is understandably keen to wrap up his senior marksman in cotton wool before the finals. "I have told Michael he cannot play on Thursday," confirmed Eriksson. "It would be the worst thing in the world if he was to break down in a testimonial game. "Knowing Michael Owen, he will be thinking about the World Cup and wanting to take part in it." Eriksson is eager instead for Owen to sharpen his fitness whilst playing for England B in their game with Belarus at Reading on May 25. Friendlies against Hungary and Jamaica follow at Old Trafford, with Owen likely to play a prominent role in all the games as he searches for much needed match fitness.

18. Ah good old Jason Scotland. 133532 I was up at the Isle of Mull a bloke from Glasgow told me it's the best selling shirt up there at the moment. Someone's done a 'Scotland' World Cup song too. Canny funny I reckon 133533 Won't be as good as "Ally's Tartan Army" tbh..
19. Ah good old Jason Scotland.
20. Who knows maybe Arsene will pick him against Barca. From Southampton youth team to Champions League and World Cup winner in 12 months.
21. Bent does though and he is not even on standby.
22. Standby: Scott Carson (Liverpool), Luke Young (Charlton), Nigel Reo-Coker (West Ham), Jermain Defoe (West Ham), Andy Johnson (Crystal Palace)
23. England squad: Paul Robinson (Tottenham), David James (Manchester City), Robert Green (Norwich); Gary Neville (Manchester United), Rio Ferdinand (Manchester United), J ohn Terry (Chelsea), Ashley Cole (Arsenal), Sol Campbell (Arsenal), Jamie Carragher (Liverpool), Wayne Bridge (Chelsea); David Beckham (Real Madrid), Michael Carrick (Tottenham), Frank Lampard (Chelsea), Steven Gerrard (Liverpool), Owen Hargreaves (Bayern Munich), Jermaine Jenas (Tottenham), Stewart Downing (Middlesbrough), Joe Cole (Chelsea), Aaron Lennon (Tottenham); Wayne Rooney (Manchester United), Michael Owen (Newcastle), Peter Crouch (Liverpool), Theo Walcott (Arsenal).
24. NEWCASTLE United have confirmed they will appeal against Stephen Carr's red card in Sunday's 1-0 victory over Chelsea at St. James' Park. The Republic of Ireland international was dismissed by referee Mike Riley for violent conduct 15 minutes from time following a challenge on Lassana Diarra. The Magpies will appeal to the Football Association on the grounds of wrongful dismissal. If the appeal fails, however, Carr will serve a four-game ban at the start of next season. That is because it was his second sending off in the 2005/06 campaign after he picked up a retrospective red card in the 3-2 win against Sunderland back in October. Carr was booked against the Black Cats but he also picked up a second yellow after the game when Newcastle appealed against Scott Parker's booking on the grounds of mistaken identity, and it was transferred to Carr's record.
