I really cannot see it happening but if we bring him in using money from Seamus going I will be impressed. If we can get Nolan, Ebondo/Taylor, Veloso and somehow get a striker in (Loan?) I will actually be quite impressed. Get the likes of Kameni sorted for a Bosman in the summer and start shipping out the high earning wasters like Duff, Butt, Geremi, Viduka etc and we could actually start rebuilding this squad. Of course no doubt very little of that will happen and much like this year we will go from one disaster to the next..

Thats just it isn't it, whilst we are complaining about numbers in the squad any chance we have of offloading Butt, Duff, Geremi and Smith I find myself wanting the the club to let them go asap...

Would definitely agree with this. Still can't beleive they will sign Veloso. Its only the last couple of years that people have really started showing an interest in Bullard for all we know that could have been his purple patch much like Nolans of a few years back. I am not sayig he isn't better but 50k for a 30 year old who up until the last few years no one was bothered about could have been a risk too.
